*DON'T EVER USE THE KIOSK MACHINE INSIDE TACO BELL. *ALWAYS RUNNING OUT OF FOOD. *WITNESSED CUSTOMER DISPUTES FOR OVER 1 YEAR... THAT ALMOST BECAME DEADLY. This restaurant will not refund your money even when they have run out of the food you paid for. Irequested a refund because they could not complete my chalupa order, I received no food. I reported the rude lying young"manager" who refused to give his name and the failed kiosk process to the customer service line. It should be illegal to placea machine inside their restaurant that can take orders but cannot print a receipt or refund money (even when it is their fault). I did use a credit card and disputed the charge to get my money back. To THE TACO BELL 3511 Centerville Hwy Snellville Ga youneed to close or re-train from the owner down, well make that the district manager down. Of course I could write a lot moreabout the lies and disrespect, but that comes with Taco Bell. Corporate Taco Bell were are you? I have seen customers get so madat this location. The saddest one was in the drive-thru. A customer got out of the car and popped the truck over 2 soft shelltacos without cheese. The employees felt the heat coming and cut off the restaurant lights and scattered like roaches. I didnot realize until experiencing such rudeness as to why I keep seeing employees fighting with customers about order disputes atthis location. And its always Taco Bell's fault. Pause for the cause of supporting black business owners but I am GONE.. youlack customer service skills.....And the district manager who was assigned to call me back within 2 to 3 days via your customerservice line, "don't call me now", it's been 5 days. You failed these young people working for you and every customer that hasbeen mistreated or unable to get their refund from your store kiosk, too. I?ve come to this drive through twice. The first time they had me waiting at the speaker for 15m no answer. I drove to the... window only for them to tell me they were ?out of food.? The 2nd time I waited behind another car for, again, almost 15m untilhe got tired & seemingly drove off. My turn up?.still no one came to the speaker. Drove to the window again (humor me thistime). Lil man in there eating tacos over the drive thru register and then after looking at me decided to fix himself a soda. Hejust looked at me and kept eating?so I sat there out of curiosity just to see how long this would play out. We just stared ateach other & he just kept on eating. Another young lady walked to the window, saw me and walked off. I finally drove off neverto return. As a business owner, I was highly disappointed?everyone in there would be without a job if that were my place ofbusiness. As a consumer, I will never be back. Just waited in drive thru for almost 30 min to receive an incorrect order. I order a party pack w/ crunchy SUPREME tacos and a... #2 with SUPREME tacos and didn?t receive one supreme taco. It?s bad enough the wait is so long, but I understand due toemployment shortages. But, with a wait time of 30 min in the drive thru, I would expect my order to be fresh and correct. Read more
