Y?all need to be shut down.... there is no way your food should taste like this. I looked at the reviews but I was going to give... you guys the benefit of doubt..... but my food is DISGUSTING!! Food tasted good, portion size as well as missing items from order is what made me write this review. Opened my box to a kid's... meal no toy!???? I had the smallest portion of fries imaginable on a tray, as well as five cooked to perfection pigeon wingsand, a chicken philly that I thought was on a hotdog bun. Also I ordered using uber eats so I couldn't just switch it out and anemployee even called my phone to confirm items on my order still left my fries and drinks. Luckily Uber made it right. Read more

The ad looks delicious ordered 20 piece wings and the food tasted like cardboard and it cost 16 bucks paid full price and it was... old as well and it took like 40 mins and i there it away after tasting one wing. NOTE: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS WONDERFUL WITH MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS AS WELL AS THE OWNERS. Eat here pretty... often and the staff and even the couple who owns it are very nice people. Food is pretty good. Love the wings, the fried rice isbetter here than at the Chinese restaurant in the same plaza and the philly is great too(extra meat ). Seriously I don?t mean toyell in the beginning however just reading some of the reviews I?m thinking people are really crazy. I?ve lived in Gwinnett for5 years ordering from here and the food is always great. The one time I make a complaint to them about my order and they tookcare of me so quickly, thoughtfully and professional I had to write a review. We just ordered from there and the food was terrible. The fries were burnt, hard and flavorless. The wings were overcooked &... soggy in the sauce. The fried scallops barely tasted like food. Fortunately the chicken fingers & fried mushrooms were edible -though not tasty. Half of our order was bad and we're still hungry. Very disappointing. Read more

Consistently poor service delivery: I placed an order of a significant amount of $ a few months ago that took over nearly 2hrs.... to arrive and was cold upon receipt. The owner was argumentative and less than professional about my concern when shared. Shechallenged rectification of the service and hung up abruptly. She later called back and painstakingly agreed to provide a $10credit on a future order. I reluctantly agreed, then inquired about her notation of this agreement and was assured that shewould notate it, though she was the only one to approve such credits, and would not forget. Tonight when I placed an order andreminded her of the credit, she again became combative, refused to honor the credit, stating that she is the only one to honorsuch credits and does not remember the conversation so she?s sending out the driver with my order that I need to pay for infull. When I declined to proceed with the order, by telling her not to send the driver out, she proceeded to argue that I neededto place the order because she was ready to send her driver with it...long story short, the low ratings are welljustified...she?s a lunatic Read more

wings were very small and tasted as if they were cooked in old grease. the fried rice tasted like it was cooked on a dirty... grill. we called and complained and they informed me they have been under new management for about 6 months which explains whythe food is not what it used to be. Read more
