Slow service and there, if there are multiple orders they ring them up individually. Instead of 1 ticket. SMH on that part ????

Horrible! The thing with the blood clot nails and black dot on her head was so rude, stingy, a liar! She lied and said they... don't take coupons because it was a buy 1 get 1. Once we decided we were going to leave because service was horrible and I knewshe was lying about the coupon... the thing called us back and took the coupon. I would not recommend this place a that employeething should be fired for customer service, attitude, and for lying. Read more

AFTER I started my order, was directed to a sign telling me they don't honor their own coupons. Walked out. Won't be back. If... you're a Subway, you play by Subways rules. And don't inconvenience me because you don't want to. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Read more

If you're going to oder ANYTHING from this subway location i highly suggest you think otherwise. There is a SUPER RUDE lady on... the phone who does not understand proper customer service. I ordered something and expected to get my sandwich, instead i gotsomething completely different. Instead of in a nice way to just tell me it happens the best of, she rudely dismisses me. Thenget this, she had the nerve to tell me "ITS NOT MY FAULT" On Google they have 3.7 rating now you I understand why. Read more

I placed a mobile order to be picked up at 7:15pm. I walked in, the lady asked my name & said?it?s not ready yet, I have too... many customers. Sit down & wait! If I could I would cancel my order. I will NEVER be back to this store. The lady (owner) isvery rude & cannot multi task. But yet she wants to do it all herself. Very upsetting. Read more
