It?s very unfortunate that Google does not have a zero star rating. I want to let everyone know that the manager/owner/employee... that works there treated me really bad after asking for a cup of water. I did not get his name but his general description is atall, slender man with a red dot on the center of his forehead. I did not know that asking for a cup of water would summon thewrath of Khan!! I was lectured on how people abuse the water cups and he said that I could not refill my cup of water. We aretalking about water here. I believe that the suggestion of selling me a cup would have saved me all this. I know next time tonot patron this location and I would like to let people know about this individual. Not sure if he has a supervisor or ifanyone is over him but he should be re-trained on how to speak to paying customers, let me correct that ex-customer. If I cansave anyone from experiencing a similar interaction with this employee, I would suggest a different Subway. Read more

Wife put black pepper on one footlong and not both. My mom told them to put it on both footlongs and the husband got an attitude... telling her that she was wrong for saying what to put on the sub. I just shrugged it off. But then he had the audacity to tellus- AFTER we check out might I add- ?don?t come back, we don?t want your business here?. Zero customer service, only care fortheir profits and saving what little ingredients possible. The worst subway I?ve ever been to. Should?ve realized that when noone was in their line. Read more

This subway doesn't accept the paid coupons that are sent out even though they have signs posted that they do. When asked why I... was told the owner of this particular one says not to accept any of the subway coupons free or paid because they don't take intoconsideration the cost of the goods. Read more

I spent $30 at this restaurant today, while i was dining in with my kids, the owner approached me saying we were not allowed to... get refills. Absolutely cheap people, plus they have 2 registers and steal the tax .. Read more

I ordered a chicken Caesar tomato basil wrap with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, and jalapeños. She makes it except for Caesar... dressing, then asks if I would like anything else. I replied that I still wanted the Caesar Dressing on it. "Oh, we don't havethat. We stopped carrying Caesar." The last message from Subway clearly states "2 or more footlongs are 5.99". I had the unfortunate event of having an employee... tell me 2+ meant 2+1 so I had to buy a minimum of 3. I tried to explain to her that's not what the text message said andattempted to show it to her. In doing so, I accidentally leaned up against the counter and it started to close, unbenounced tome. She got loud and said she knows what the coupon says and I need to buy 3. Once a younger make employee saw the text, he wasnice enough to take our order. As he is ringing us up, the lady then yells " she needs to redeem that coupon now!" I proceededto press redeem and show the younger sales associate, he gave me a thumbs up and continued our sale. Then another lady comesover saying she needs to redeem that coupon. They were telling at me and causing a scene with a line forming, all over thembeing wrong about the coupon their company sent out. This was absolutely ridiculous. I will never spend another dime in thisplace! Read more
