Upon entering the store I saw a black male eating in the back with gloves on. There was another lady helping someone. The black... male walked out and ask to help me. I was a little taken back because he did not change his glove he?s waiting for me to order.I asked him to change his gloves which he did and then he proceeded to take my order he puts my sandwich into the toaster andwalk back to where he came from eating before, and at that point it was rude and disrespectful I know he went back there to eatwith the same gloves and I just didn?t want to keep going through that with him. Twice I?ve come to this Subway in the am when they were supposed to be open. BOTH TIMES they were not open because the openers... were late. The first time I watched them enter 10 minutes after they were supposed to be open. Today it?s 12 minutes pastopening and they are just now setting up. Read more

Placed the order at 12:28 pm with the expectation that it would be ready at 12:45pm. When I entered the restaurant there was... one lady working with a line of customers and no acknowledgement of of express order customers when I came into the lobby and bythe cash register. The main purpose of choosing subway over Jimmy John's or any other sandwich chain is for the convenience andspeed to to get the food. I waited patiently in the line and as the last person at 1pm (15 minutes after I walked in) Ifinally got acknowledged and surprisingly two more employees came through the door. As on 1pm I'm still waiting for my food tobe made and honestly I'll probably never come back to this location and further more I may just take it back to Jimmy John's forconsistency. Read more

****DO NOT EAT HERE****These people are so rude and disgusting. I came in for lunch to get a chopped salad. I asked for the... specific vegetables that I wanted including tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. The worker gave me 4 cucumbers. I asked for more andinformed her that I wouldn't be getting any meat on my salad and it would be full vegetarian. She placed another 2 slices andsaid that would be all that I could get . She seems extremely bothered that I was getting a vegetarian salad AND that I had theaudacity to inconvenience her by asking her to do her job. At this point she starts throwing... literally throwing things in thedish that I asked for. She was so disrespectful that I had to excuse myself and walk out of the restaurant and let my husbandfinish my order. I will never again in life patronize that establishment. I will not be treated with such disdain where I spendmy money. The franchise owner truly needs to reevaluate whom he/she chooses to let represent their established. I ordered two salads to go through the subway app. I actually meant to order from the subway up near party city and didn?t... realize it until I pulled up and the addresses didn?t match. So, I made my way down to this location. By the time I picked thesalads up, they were so soggy that they were pretty much inedible! They look like soup and I?ll attach a picture of it lets me.I politely asked if they could be remade, she just gave me a blank stare and motioned for someone else over to speak with me.Any other location that I?ve EVER ordered from (including every other company I?ve ordered!) puts the dressing for a to-go saladon the side. Who lets a salad just soak in dressing? I still have to take this home. It wasn?t like it was just made in front ofme. On top of that, I wouldn?t have even known they were out of some of the veggies I requested had I not inspected them beforeleaving because she never even said anything. The second woman told me, ?No, I?m sorry. But I can give you some more dressingand that may help it crunch up when you mix it at home.? Wait, what?! ??????????? Came here tonight and I told the lady what i wanted. When she made my sandwich i told her i wanted two cookies to go along with... my $6 meal. When it was time to pay she kept arguing with me on how i couldn't have chips and cookies(chips and a drink camewith my sub). She proceeded to try and argue until an older lady came over and explained how i wanted to separately buy thecookies, apart from the meal. Horrible service. Never coming again Read more

Placed an online order. Arrived at the time I was told it would be ready. The staff claimed they didn't even know there was an... online order and proceeded to mess up the entire order. I was not given the chips or drink I paid for. The staff got indignantwith me about how they cannot toast a sandwich without cheese. Kept claiming they were super busy and that was the reason forthe wait, but there was only one person in front of me and one table in the dining area.
