My family and I come to this location three times out of the week. We have been supporting this location for the past 3 years. ... The baristas are not friendly at all. They do not greet you with a proper "hello". Instead, they just tell you your total andask cash or card. Then on top of the very poor customer service, they can't even make your beverages correctly. I already haveto wait in the chaotic parking lot/drive thru line for my order. Then on top of that you get to the window and the baristas areunprofessional and can't even do their job correctly. I was in last night. They forgot about my drink order, 70% of pastries were sold out. To top it all off we got there close to 7,... i got my drink maybe 15 min later and i started to feed my baby his bottle when the woman working tells us they are closing in10 min!! No explanation just that they are closing in 10 min lol maybe someone should have let me know before i ordered andstarted feeding my 8 month old and got comfortable.. what a waste of time and money. Came to order, everything I requested food wise they didn?t have it available. Fine, just got a coffee. After getting the... coffee, not only did I wait about 25 minutes for it, but it was the wrong order. Immediately after receiving my drink a younglady approached me and my friend and said they were closing early today at 7:30 PM. Everytime I come to this Starbucks always abad experience. Read more
My espresso are so sweet today I put only 3 pump of classic syrup they add like 8 pump on here. It happened a lot of time too.... And of course they can not tell because there are no number on the label. Read more
Oh snap!!! My regular Starbucks in Loganville closed down so I have been visiting the Snellville one. I HATE the line BUT the... barista was awesome. Made the wait enjoyably tolerable. He acknowledged the wait and thanked me for my loyalty. Even upsold mebreakfast sandwiches and glad he did. Thanks Snellville Starbucks. Read more
Absolutely love this location! The baristas are so friendly and sweet! I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, but there... wasn?t any vanilla syrup (i?m a partner too at a different location. i wasn?t upset at all because i?ve done it too, super easyfix!) when I went in to get some added, the guy at the counter was the sweetest! complemented my hair color and added thevanilla, no problem! I wish I caught his name bc it really made my day! I?ve always had great drive thru experiences aswell! I?m super shy and I always feel very welcomed here. Thank you for being so awesome! Read more
