This has to be the WORST Smoothie King I have ever been to! I visit Smoothie King at least once a week and this location never... disappoints when it comes to bad service. At least they?re consistent. I came today and was told their system is not working andI would have to order through the app. I am here along with 6 other cars trying to order on the app. When I came last week,there was only one employee working and he answered me at the drive thru from his car. He came in once I placed my order. I hopehe washed his hands bc he did not have gloves on while he was making my smoothie. When I came the week before last, I was inline for 45 min before I decided to leave. The employee at that time told me he was the only one working. As he told me that, Isaw his coworker outside crying her eyes out while talking on her cell phone. It?s just really disappointing that we can?t havea Smoothie King we can count on in our neighborhood. I guess I?ll have to drive 20 min to Loganville. Read more

Today during my weekly visit to Smoothie King in Snellville, GA I was completely disrespected by an employee. He says his name... is Tobias, he was just hired on Tuesday (yet is the only one working) and does not have a manager. He did not greet us, he didnot ask what we wanted, he simply looked at us as if we were interrupting him. We left the drive thru (for obvious reasons) anddecided to call the store and speak with a manager. After the 7th call, Tobias finally answers and says even though he is a newemployee, there is no manager and no one above him to speak to. I ask for the managers name and contact info, and he says hedoes not know. Smoothie King, this is ridiculous. I am FLABBERGASTED that you would have such a rude person employed at acompany with such great core values.
