Very unprofessional staff. They all seem to be very young and inattentive. The young ladies were giggling and playing around the... entire 35 minutes I was waiting for my take out order. They messed up everyone's orders one night when I went in person. No onereceived exactly what they'd asked for. Everyone started checking their orders before leaving because they saw the pattern. Iordered through Uber eats a different night, and they didn't get my order correct that time either. The food was also packagedvery carelessly and spilled in the bag. I NEVER post reviews but I'm so disappointed at this point. I spend a lot of money with Shane's and I currently have over 1000... rewards points and would've had over 2000 but I just used some. I just got off work and placed an online order for Buffalo shackfries. I get all the way home and our the bag and all I have is fries and chicken tenders. No hot sauce, no ranch no sauce atall. Just fries and tenders. 2 days ago, I ordered $48 worth of food and not 1 thing was correct in the order. There's no needfor me to call because I'm not gonna go back up there. I threw the hard French fries with chicken tenders away. I would've wentto Zaxbys if I wanted fries and chicken strips. I won't be back that's for sure Read more
The staff was attentive! I ordered smoked chicken wings with the side of fried okra and salad..Okra was cooked/seasoned well and... the salad was fresh. However, the chicken wings were really dry and extremely small (almost the size of a tiny woman?s thumb) .My husband?s grilled chicken tenders were super dry as well. Fries were okay. Read more

Decided to have dinner with the family at Shane's with the family, and it was a good choice. Over all, the quality was good,... portion size was good, the price was reasonable, the staff was friendly and the place was clean. Read more
Ordered the ribs and pork barbeque family meal for my husband's birthday dinner. He was thrilled! The ribs were perfectly... cooked.. Lots of meat and fell off the bone. The shredded pork was excellent. Also love the brunswick stew. We think it's thebest barbeque place around. Very happy with it. Read more
I'm giving this a 4 because I enjoy their grilled wings with lemon pepper seasoning along with their sweet potato fries. Though... my last visit to this location I failed to say grilled an the girl behind thw counter didn't ask how we wanted our wings so weended up with fried. Didn't complain because we were equally responsible for the order not being what we intended. Read more
???????????? wife and I decided to give them another try. That was a mistake. She got the okra and it was seasoned properly and... tasted great but when it came to the 20 smoked wings 5 were burnt and then 3 were overcooked! Tried to make the staff in theback aware of the situation but they were all yelling amongst themselves regarding some peach cobbler that went out to the wrongperson! This place use to be the go to spot for wings for my family but we will have to find another place.
