We had such a great experience here. The customer service was impeccable; we had a large party (14-16) and we were able to make... a reservation the same day. The staff was really friendly and understanding, from the Hostess to the waiters, to the chefs. Wewere celebrating a child's birthday and had a bunch of loud, excited littles, the chefs did a great job of including the kids inthe show. The food was delicious. 10/10 would recommend. Normally I eat Hibachi inside... But today ordered the food To Go. I don't normally do reviews... But I'm so disappointed and... disgusted. Noticed the portion size is much smaller. The chicken did not look Hibachi and funny. After taking a bite, it wasoverly chewy and tasted like raw chicken. I can tell the chicken was laying out awhile and dried out before they cooked it. Someof the vegetables were still raw. The rice tasted horrible like it was cooked on a burnt stove. I paid $60 on food for my familyand we can't even eat it... I'd give a 1 star rating if it wasn't for they have the best Japanese food I've ever had when weeat Hibachi inside the restaurant and watch them cook the food... A family member said last time she ordered TO GO food tastedhorrible too. I can tell this is an ongoing issue. TO GO should have the same quality as eating inside especially with how $$$the food is. After today... I'm wondering what it's like in their kitchen and if they would pass a health inspection. Thisreally bothers me because I love their food. Read more

Service was great and staff was very friendly. Food was pretty decent too. It was lunch so just had a shrimp tempura roll and... some veggie tempura side. This was inexpensive. I did grab a menu and was looking at prices and the hibachi seems a bit high butI didn't get to try it. Read more

The first time I went here I fell in love with their rice! It has bacon and beef, it was delicious! I ordered the Hibachi... lunch special. I went again and I brought my daughter, but this time I was horrified!! I found a piece of hair in my food, it made me sick. My daughter ordered some type of noodles for lunch and I could not finish my meal. They were very nice andcourteous, and I didn't go in I didn't ask for my money back, but I just wish they would be more careful. Maybe by wearingsome hair covering or something, so this doesn't happen again, but I know for a fact I won't be going back. Read more

Went here for a regular lunch and it was great ! Service was friendly and entertaining and the food was fresh and delicious. We... got sushi for apps and the salmon skin was crispy and not soggy.
