Establishment rarely gets your order right and they also close the inside hours before it supposed to be closed. Customer... service is subpar it seems they have problems with knowing the difference between white and dark meat as well as spicy vsmild. The inside was open as well as the line during a week day 2 hours before closing. When they are crazy busy they only have the... drive through open, but the attitudes on the inside.... It's best to stay in your car. My order was missing somethings &replaced with something else. I had to go back to get it corrected the following day Thats when I discovered they were notletting anyone in ( Fridays & during rush hour going home). The manager let me in to view my receipt & investigate the issue Iwas given my missing items but had to suggest my own accommodations for traveling back to this location to get my missing items.The accommodation I asked for was for the sides they did not have or were not willing to make the night before. I was therebetween 7 & 8 pm. They closed at 9pm or 10pm. There were ppl in the line behind me that night that would have enjoyed any of thesides I originally chose or had to switch to. They did not make more. I was told they did not have anymore of the item made (fries). Not they did not have anymore or were out of them. The location was 15 mins from my home in rush (backed all the wayup) traffic. The time it took to get there & park b/c I was not sitting in a long drive through line for a correction was 15 to20. The time it took to get my missing items & suggested accommodation for my inconvenience, took 15 mins & then 15 mins backhome. Almost an hour for something they did wrong the night before. Plus, there were no customers on the inside. They weremoving slow and the atmosphere of employees was of the a team was miserable working in fast-food with a long line of people intheir drive trhu. I got the 10 pieces bundle & added a couple of items. At this location, it was like I got the left overs. Iunderstand why so many people show up RIGHT AFTER WORK. The service was great, and the cashier was very friendly. The only thing I can say is Popeyes should not say they sale... butterfly shrimp, by anyway. I don't believe they understand to butterfly is to split down the middle, and all size shrimpshould not be butterfly. This was a joke Read more

Popeyes has to be the worst of all the fast food chains. They never have adequate staff and the staff they do have are rude.... They never have all the items they sell available. I've gone to Popeyes and they were out of chicken. Other times they werecompletely out of sides. That is not only a sign of poor management but the more often it happens it is a sign of poorownership. This location is in the top 10 of worst Popeyes locations in the metro area. They suck. Just got the oldest, nastiest chicken strips I?ve ever gotten from any restaurant ever. They are overcooked, very hard and they... taste and smell like old grease. Not edible at all. Was made to wait 45 minutes in drive thru for service. When making an attempt to go inside, the ride manager with the blond... hair, with an unprofessional demeanor advises that they are only doing drive thru, the lobby is closed.
