Everything seemed unorganized. As I waited over 30 minutes for an ice coffee, I watched many people go up to the counter with... frustrations about their order. I travel for work and the Bethlehem McDonalds is among the worst I've visited. This visit they forgot my nugget sauce and pulled... me forward for unsweetened tea. 4 minutes with all my food sitting on the seat. I ordered a cookie tote that was fresh and they brought that out but I also ordered a fish filet meal . The sandwich was dried... out it was terrible I can't believe you would make me wait for fresh cookies but wouldn't cook my sandwich fresh. I triedcalling no answer. Picked up an order via drive-thru because lobby was closed at that time. The line moved at a good pace, didn't have to wait long... for order once at the pick up window. Customer service could of been a little better, but overall I would visit or pick up fromhere again. Read more

This is the worst McDonald?s in the world! The night shift is slow and very unprofessional; they seem to always have issues with... the drive thru speakers and the just let people wait in line forever without letting the people know anything! This is thesecond time that I have stopped there in the evening on my way home only to sit in line and then finally get to the window andthey tell me that they are closed with a drive-thru of about 30 vehicles. Wow, they don?t even have the decency to turn off thelights or the their crusty arches; to let people know that they are closed. They need an entirely new night shift! Read more
