Needs soap in the bathroom which means employees can't properly wash their hands. Tables need to be wiped down too. They were... sticky and had crumbs. Ordering at the tablet is excellent, although I paid for extra cheese and they didn't give me it or extramustard :-| Read more
Do not eat here. Found several hairs in my chicken biscuit this morning.
Ordered a quarter pounder w/cheese,cinnamon roll & tea around noon on Friday. I was asked to go pull over to wait for my order.... When it came, the roll was hot & fresh which explained the delay but the burger wasn't. It had been under the warmer for awhileand definitely not fresh ????. Read more
We went in to eat and ordered from the kiosk. It was visibly dirty and so were the numbered table tags. They still had the... decorations up from St Patrick's Day. They were supposed to bring your food to you and they just yelled the ticket number outso you had to get it. I asked for my drink, he went back and forgot what he was doing so his boss got it for me and didn't putany ice in it. I felt out of place, it was like they wasn't going to even try to get a good customer service experience goingwith anyone. The restaurant wasn't clean and the temperature was muggy in there. Horrible -?.... totally freaking ridiculous! Ordered a quarter add mac sauce..first time got a squirt but got extra ketchup and... mustard (I didn't ask for that!). So I bought it back requested it be done over and this is what I got...sloppy seconds (seebelow)???? and the fries just cold and hard. This was hands down the longest I have had to wait in the drive-thru at any fast food restaurant ever. The lobby was not even... slammed, so I do not understand why the inefficient speed in which the throughput for the drive-thru was taking. To top it alloff, I had to pull up in one of the lanes just to wait for a happy meal! So not only are they absurdly slow, they still make youwait on such a simple order! Read more
