The food was delicious! But we had to ask about who the server is and when we would get beverages. Later found that our server... was also the bartender. But there were other employees that seemed to be standing around talking. I asked one of the employeesfor honey, she replied "I don't believe we have honey." I asked another employee that seemed to assist the other employees. Hesaid he would get some for me and he did. They are not understaffed but need improvement in customer service. Food is good. While it's fresh. Just left after waiting for 30-40 min will on the wait list. When we got there, the list showed "no wait".... We then proceeded to watch about 25-30 people go and get seated in various small groups. When then asked what was going on andsaw that we weren't even on the list. We were literally seating in the restaurant looking at the host who took our name andnumber the whole time. Hadn't see this kind of ridiculous in a long time. I never really have a bad meal here! This location however has some of the most friendliest staff! Our server had the biggest... smile. And our hostess was so attentive. Even asked if the light was enough or too much. It was very sunny that day. Greatjob Longhorn! Read more

I have to say this is my best longhorn experience ever! My friend and I came in for lunch and were greeted by Ms. Carol and... we?re taken care of by Ms.Tia. Carol was so very kind and sweet and may I say perfume smelled great :D We were seated promptlyand Tia (our server) was great and so sweet. We were checked on by the staff throughout our meal to make sure we were satisfiedwith everything. Both of our meals were fresh, hot and tasted great. My waiter, Jeremy, was very attentive during our visit. The bread was warm and fresh. Although our mashed potatoes were cold,... the food was delicious. I enjoyed the Wild West Shrimp and my husband got the pork chop that Jeremy recommended. It wasdelectable! Such great service and the drinks were awesome as well. Read more
