This location is horrible. If you go there they will lie because they're to lazy to make the donuts. This is the only location... that will not turn on the HOT light on during peak times. I went in at 11am on Sunday and they didn't have what was advertisedand wasn't in a rush to make anymore. They gave me a time to return and promised they would be ready so I agreed to return (Gasto High) I returned and guess what...Still nothing. No serious apology and it appeared to be a joke. I was asked to try backnext Sunday. or come back later. Such bad business. Workers were standing around both times so why would a business have whatis only sold on a Sunday. I enjoy the company's service, however in this location the drive-thru was incredibly long and took about an hour just to get... our orders. Also I am glad that the workers are having a good time during their work session, but I and many people have a busytime schedule. I had also seen many donuts and paper thrown on the floor. Read more
I went to this location yesterday. The girls who helped me were very nice! I like the fact that Krispy Kreme is giving... discounted price for their dozen glazed donuts due to high gas prices ! If only I could give 0 stars! This place is the worst and every negative review is true. I finally decided to write this review... after my last experience. The place was disgusting, about 8 teenagers were working with no adult supervision, they were playingwith their phones while trash was over flowing and the area where they make the donuts was filthy. The only donuts availablewere glazed, they never have a variety and I typically avoid this place but the 3x times that I've gone since they've openedhave proven to be consistent with all of the negative reviews. Subpar drive through experience and a horrible outside. I came by on a Friday night. Tons of donuts thrown on the ground by the... dumpsters, swarming with bees. I mean like 100 donuts. I had to keep putting on my windshield wipers to keep them away from mycar. Not too long of a wait time but no please or thank you, even when I said those things. Maybe I?m asking for too much. Always a great experience here. The staff always say hello when I enter. The only negative thing is sometimes they won't sell me... the donuts from the display. But my son doesn't care he will take whatever whenever. Read more
Turns out there's no need for the "now hot" sign at this location. They need a sign that says "fresh now" because they were so... busy that the donuts where being packed right off the conveyor. So amazing and yummy. Customer service was great despite beingso busy, love this location (Snellville, Ga). Read more
