Posted for my elderly coworker, Diane: If I could give 0 stars, I would! Ashley was rude at the speaker as I went through the... drive thru. I wanted to cancel but I wanted my food. When I asked her for a receipt, she rudely responded "oh my God!" as if I'ddone something wrong just by asking for a receipt. When I took the receipt, she nastily said "don't snatch it!" She probably hada bad day.., so had I but she made it worse... Needless to say, I will not patronize that KFC anymore! Read more
Ordered an 8 piece family meal. Instead of 2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 wings and 2 drumsticks, we got ONE breast, 3 thighs, FOUR... drumsticks and ZERO wings. I guess I should consider myself lucky, as last time I didn't get any breasts. Will never return. Read more
I usually visit this location at night, the night shift employees are very kind and sweet. The food is always fresh too, the... lady with the braids, I think she is a manager, she?s really nice. Keep up the great work, it?s hard to find good customerservice these days. Read more
The food was standard quality but the service? Whew - these folks didn't have my 3 piece (no weird substitutions but I guess... they didn't have original recipe up yet) ready so they asked me to pull over into the waiting area... AND THEN ---- FORGOTABOUT ME! To add insult to injury , acted as if I was trying to scam them, offered no apology or anything at all to try andmake it up to me! Read more
When I go to this location they rarely have chicken ready. I went today 8/18 and the lady told me there was a 20 minute wait on... chicken because they were changing ooks. I ordered original recipe chicken and I waited the 20 minutes. When I got home it wasnot the original recipe it was the crispy and it was hard. I could not even eat it. When I called the restaurant no one answeredthe phone. Totally disappointed! Read more
I had the beyond fried chicken combo and I was blown away. I have not been to KFC in about 5 + years since I converted... vegetarian working on going vegan. The staff was friendly and my order was fresh. Now I have another option when it comes toeating out. I am glad KFC realizes that Animals don?t have a choice but the YOU do! Read more
Ewwww...Ewwww...Ewwww! Ok, so I entered this location hoping to get a quick bite to eat. When the cashier passed by twice... without so much as a nod of the head I knew trouble was brewing. 2 people running the whole store. Manager and one employee. Wouldn't even acknowledge we were at the register for 10 minutes.... Not even a hello. Put our order in and 30 minutes later got our cold dry 8 piece bucket meal. They were out of plates for dinein, out of butter, out of salt, then ran out of chicken. Told at least 15 customers there would be at least a 30 to 40 MInutewait for chicken. While waiting and eating they had a battery operated radio blasting. After finishing the worst meal we haveever had at kfc the manager was on the phone with someone screaming at them that she is just going to lock up the store andleave. Then manager and employee left to the parking lot! No one at all in the store! Wow is all I have to say. See my attachedphoto of the empty store. I don't see how this manager keeps her job.......Definitely would not recommend this location. Eventhe bathrooms were in seriously bad condition. Read more
