I've been eating at this location for years but apparently it is under new management. A few months ago I noticed a drastic... change with the customer service and the professionalism of the employees. So I started eating at the loganville location whichis 15 minutes out of my way. Today I decided to give the snellville store a second chance and I couldn't believe howdysfunctional the crew operated. I was waiting in line for about 5 minutes until one of the employees possibly the manager(light complexion black female) told me and the rest of the customers waiting in line that it was going to be an extended wait.She stated to the employee behind the counter that the online customers had to be handled before we were. I understood, but itwas unprofessional for her to express that out loud. But then she came and sat in the lobby browsing on her phone while shewatched and gave orders to the only two employees running the operation without any help. I patiently stood in line forapproximately 20 minutes waiting to order. One of if the employees was rude to a customer picking up an order because it wasn'tready yet. Then, I couldn't take it anymore and went to the loganville location. The owner should make adjustments with theirstaff. They just lost a loyal customer. Read more

I was so disappointed. I ordered a giant BLT with extra bacon. This sandwich was poorly made with hardly any bacon. For... $20.73 I should be happy but I am left mad as heck/. And the girl making the sandwich swears she put extra bacon on my sandwich. This location should be ashamed of itself! Give people what they paid for without an argument or sarcasm! Read more

I met the owner (years ago) of this location and found him to be conscientious and a great ambassador of the brand. Recently,... the service and quality have gone down under the new "General Manager", a title she (Faysha[sp?]) gave 3 times before finallygiving her name. Having been a long-time customer of this brand, I did give her a chance to replace an order I had delivered.The product was much better the second time. Read more

I can always count on my chicken cheesesteak being perfect, exactly how I order it through the app every time! Only at the... Snellville location. I been to other Jersey Mike locations and this location get it right each time! Faysha made my chickencheesesteak and it was ON PONT as always! #55 with Mayo on the bread, no jalapeños, no mushrooms, add lettuce and tomato. Worst service ever. They placed all callin orders before a walkin customer. Asked to have a Chipotle chicken with the bun on the... side. They said had to charge me for 2 sandwiches because the container and bun had to be charged for???????????????? Read more

Placed an order with Uber Eats not even an hour ago for three subs and literally only received two. How no one double checked... the bag to make sure the order was correct going out is beyond me. Called several times to see if my husband could pickup myforgotten sandwich just for no one to answer. Won?t be receiving my business again when there are plenty of other sub chains inthe area. Do better, this was nothing but pure incompetence. Read more

There was an issue with my online order. I was a little irritated by it but Janae Unfazed and understanding of my attitude... helped immediately. The young man working the register helped as well but I forgot to ask his name. 07-22-22?. Went to grab a bite with my wife. 5 people in the store. 2 eating and 3 waiting for their food. 4 of the 4 employees... were standing by the register, 2 of them trying to correct a problem that one of the employees created. Never acknowledged thatwe were there. Couldn?t understand why the other 2 employees were just standing there, doing nothing. You would think they wouldbe assisting customers in the store. Still, after 10 minutes of waiting, not one employee acknowledged our presence. Afterstanding there as long as we did, we had the time to notice just how dirty the place was too. We finally walked out and I canassure you, we?ll never return to that location. I know it?s hard to find good people but try a little harder. if Chick-Fil-Acan find good staff, so can you. The people you have working there are horrible and based on other reviews, this has been anongoing problem at this location. Listen to your customers before you?re out of business. Read more
