Food, especially the fries, are delicious, but since they cook everything fresh you tend to have to wait a long time. Additional... staffing on the grill was definitely needed during my recent visit. Johan is a great manager. My daughter ordered a burger yesterday not knowing it came without a bun...when we called to ask why... Johan explained my daughter ordered it by mistake & he was very understanding of my daughter's mistake & made her the burger shewanted at no charge..he is very sweet & the food is great! Has a 97 health score but I can say the food is always fresh and hot the hair guidelines are enforced by short and tight for... males face hair and for all hair to be neatly tucked in under the cap is enforced and all the food tastes great. Really suggestgoing to this location. Read more
Ridiculously expensive for what you get. Waited almost 20 minutes on our order. If I'm going to spend $30 on 2 burgers. 1 fry... and 1 drink, I'm going to a sit-down restaurant for better quality food and service. Read more
Waited over 20 minutes to get a mobile order fulfilled. Person after person came in after we placed our order and got their... food before we did. If you?re going to have that option then make it a priority to get the food out during the quoted time. Five Guys always make a great burger but waiting 15+ minutes must be a staffing issue for this location. These 3 guys are... working hard as they can to keep up. Interesting all are wearing mask but the grill cook is not wearing to cover his mouth ornose like the others. Some call it a chin diaper when wearing it this way but I would expect him to be wearing it properly ifthat?s the policy. Also the Coke Freestyle machine only has limited options. If you have no staff that can actually make a lettuce wrap burger, and you DONT CARE TO TRAIN PEOPLE HOW TO MAKE THE FOOD ON... YOUR MENU.......just say that... You've CLEARLY shown it. Soggy Lettuce with no effort to actually make the thing actuallyresemble a lettuce wrap, they just throw it all in foil and call it good. Waited 6 months after my first issue in hopes thatsomeone would train someone at this Door Dash-able location (since we can't pick a different location) and yet again, I can'teat my burger without a fork and a plate.
