Frozen coffee is excellent. 3 stars given because the machine used to prepare the drink is rarely operational. Since I typically... use the app prior to arriving at the store, if the machine is down, they try to sell me on a substitute. They can't refund themoney you've paid through the app, you have to do it yourself, usually culminating in a call to their customer service group. Frustrating. Read more
Second time I have went to get a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese and the bagels have been super hard.... Not what I expected. First time thought maybe a mistake but I am starting to think they use old bagels. Read more

I got a large iced latte, no ice ( I know, weird) I asked for French vanilla flavoring and oat milk. The girl gives me a large... but it?s not a latte, I asked if that was a latte, it looked almost at dark as an iced coffee normally is. She said yes it?s alatte, the oat milk makes it darker (???). I paid 6.99$ and it?s disgusting. I wish I could include a picture. The girl was notvery confident in her mannerisms of the different drink varieties, and there were 3 women working in the back with her, no onelooked at my drink and said that might not be correct. I wanted to like this location. But...this is the 2nd out of 4 times that I've gone to this location personally (doesn't... include the times I've been here to do a pick up order for customers) and they are inconsistent with the quality of food theyserve. My prior visit a couple of months ago they sold me very stale hard dry doughnuts! I was shocked. This last visit thisweek they gave us the worst made egg and cheese wake up wraps I've ever bought. I could tell they did not clean the toaster oventhey toasted the wraps in from all the black stuff on the outside of the wraps. Gross. I went back and politely asked them ifthey either could remake the wraps or give a refund. They offered to remake the wraps. Instead they literally took the exactsame wraps they had already made us the first time and threw them right back in the toaster oven and over cooked them burningthe cheese inside. They thought that because I couldn't see what they were doing in the kitchen that I wouldn't know anybetter. Very insulting and a waste of our time! I checked the wraps and had to ask them for a refund once I recognizedimmediately what they did. They then told me that they didn't know how to refund my money for the wraps back onto my debit card.So they offered to give me a gift card instead. They wasted so much of our time and though they don't know what they're doing atall. Read more

I bought a 1/2 dozen donuts. 2 toasted coconut, and 4 Bismarck. The Bismarcks were stale. I'm talking, like 3 day old donut,... stale. For a chain, this is very disappointing. This makes all Dunkin'stores look bad. Read more
