This is the best Dunkin Donuts on Athens highway hands down. The staff is quick and they always greet you. This location has... never been out of specialty products like lattes , croissants or donuts. The other Dunkin Donuts in the area run out ofproducts everyone goes to Dunkin Donuts to get . Why even open it if you don't have croissants and lattes. I highly recommendthis location over all others in Snellville. They make everything to perfection!!! Read more

First time here. The drive thru was extremely busy. There was always a line to be served, but with that being said, the line... did move quite quickly. I went inside and was served right away. I ordered a blueberry muffin, Boston Creme donut and a middlehot chocolate for only a little under $7. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because it took them 3 different peopleto get my hot chocolate. One person said that another person was going to get it, then finally the young lady who took my ordergot my drink. The donut was yummy. customer service was slightly rude for me not knowing their register was broken in regards to scanning app codes. time before... lady gave me coffee with three vanilla when my mobile order said two, and i told her two bc they were busy. it might have beentheir mobile orders weren?t coming through, i can understand that. i just? this place is ugly inside. workers don?t care to atleast talk without a rude tone. last time for me! :D Read more
I Doordash and actually like coming to this location. The younger employees are very friendly. But today Bethany prepared 2... orders for me. To the manager, do what you have to do to keep her. Good customer service is so hard to come by. I frequent about10 different restaurants a day so I know. She is extremely friendly and fast too. Again, hard to come by. I enjoyed stopping here once or twice a week on the way to work in the morning, for a long time. A few months ago it seemed like... every time I placed an order something was wrong, sandwich missing meat, coffee missing something. The staff had become morerude, as well. I decided to stop going to this location a few weeks ago. Well, silly me went again this morning. I ordered twosausage biscuits and a latte on the app. I was handed two burnt biscuits, no sausage. They called themselves fixing my orderhanding me back the two burnt biscuits with sausage. As I checked I got, ?it?s on there for you.? NEVER GOING BACK. I ordered 4 things of snackin bacon and all of them had maggots COOKED into the bacon. This place is not only the most... disgusting dunkin i have been to but the staff was rude when I went back in for a refund. Talked with afew of the employees atthe other stores located at the building who said they refused to eat there due to the roaches dunkin has. Would not recommendanyone eat here for health safety.
