I am writing this place at three stars because my customer service experience was not pleasant. I feel like I was being judged... since the moment I walked in because I am of color. I saw other people that were from the same race walk in and were treatedcompletely different than I was. I asked if they could generate an online code that was five dollars off an order and they toldme no because it was online only however for the person behind me Who had the same code was told that it could be generated. Idecided not to even talk to the assistant manager because she was the one that told me that my code was not valid in store andonly online. I wish things were different but unfortunately I will probably not be coming back here. Don?t get me wrong the foodis good but I don?t think it?s something I would do again. Read more
First time eating at Chicken Salad Chick and it was great. They have a wide selection of artisan chicken salads. I got the trio... platter that could easily feed two people or be 2 meals. Staff was friendly, store was super clean, food was fresh. This placechecks all the boxes! Read more
Tried for the first time.... We would always passed by this little spot, but the drive through line would always be wrapped... around the small building, so we never stopped. Today just so happens, for lunch, there weren't any cars at the drive-thru so Istopped. Some friends recommended the original chicken salad, so I got the half lb of the original and the spicy buffalo chickensalad. The customer service young ladies were very pleasant and helpful when I said it was my first time. Both were verytasty... I forgot that a 1/2 lb is not too much... ???????????? Okay... first time going to the AWESOME restaurant. Their food is delicious! The cookies, YUM, but what sold me was the... pleasant and patient way they were. Went between 1-2ish and the cashier was so friendly! I loved Chicken Salad Chick from the first time I had it, but I just don?t... live ?close? to any of their locations. I was actually about to go to a different restaurant and when I saw them by chance.. Ihad to stop and eat here instead! As expected, the food was delicious and we didn?t have to wait too long. I feel like you get agood amount of food for a good price. Especially if you?re trying to eat somewhat healthy, which can get pricey. I had the Olivia's old south chicken salad BLT. It was delicious, along with the loaded baked potato soup. The service was... excellent, I have a food allergy and they made sure I knew what had nuts and she said she would tell the cook to change theirgloves. I will definitely be going back. Read more
I really like the chicken salad varieties, however I am not a fan of croissants so I get the sandwich on white bread. The bread... is always very dry and that isn't very good. Also, when getting a sandwich meal with the sides seem to be very small. I had thepasta salad yesterday and it was barely a spoonful. Otherwise, I do enjoy it. Read more
