First time dine in at the new location. Had the spicy chicken meal with waffle fries and a sweet tea. The chicken was perfect.... Spicy and very moist. Great flavor with some CF sauce added. The sweet tea was good southern fare. Service was faster thanexpected. Went at 1pm on a Saturday and it was very busy inside and at the drive thru. Easy access at the Evernore Northintersection. Its a gamble how fast you'll get your food and how good the food will be here. Chicken is usually dry and one sauce doesn't... cover it with the nugget meal. Fries are good, workers are nice. There is way better chicken for your money out there thats lesshomophobic though. Read more
This specific Chick-fil-A location continues to disappoint us time after time. There has been two occasions on which the staff... has proven themselves incompetent. The first being an occasion when our breakfast order was ?dropped? by an employee and becauseit was now ?10:31? they couldn?t replace the items as it was now ?lunch? time. The second occasion being this morning when weplaced an order totaling over $50 and they simply ?forgot? over $30 worth of the order. Once again it?s now after ?breakfast?time and there is nothing they can do which is utterly ridiculous. Does the food disappear, evaporating into the air? Do theemployees immediately gather in the back and eat all of the remaining breakfast items rendering them no longer available.Probably not. In reality it?s probably a corporate decision that the establishment has no control over but it?s still anabsolutely asinine decision. Chick-fil-A is great, but if you want a dependable, consistent breakfast, you?re better offelsewhere. Read more

I am very disappointed in the customer service of this particular Chick-fil-A. The time was 10:31AM and we got caught in traffic... trying to get into the parking lot (because of poor lot planning). We were refused hash browns and biscuits (even though I couldsee over the counter that they had plenty of them just sitting there). Maybe it?s bad management, maybe it?s a little racism,but I was unreasonably treated during this visit by the staff and restaurant policies. Accuracy is an area of opportunity at this location. My order is simple. Plain Buttered Biscuit with hash browns. Out of my... last 10 visits my order has been wrong. Either I get a chicken biscuit OR missing the butter! I complaint on the website and noone has called me back as they mentioned this location is a franchise. I though that when they switched to the new location theywould get things right but the problem is still there. I don?t want anything free! I just want my order right. Can?t give this place a zero so I give them a one. I placed my breakfast order at 10:19am I arrived at the store before 10:30am.... Waited for them to bring my order to the pick up because it said the order was ready. No one came to even ask me about my order.By the time I got anyone to even get to me, it was 10:50am. They then said breakfast was over and they probably gave my order tothe wrong person. I processed to ask for a refund and they couldn?t even do that. I am beyond disgusted with this kind ofbehavior.
