HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TODAY!!!!. Make sure you check your order because your sandwich and all four straws may be missing like what... happened to me today. Even more, it was my daughter's sandwich that was the only "non-spicy" one, so I can't give her any of theother three that were spicy. I didn't check the order when I was there because I'll NEVER imagine to miss a whole sandwich fromthe order.... all the straws were missing too, but this happened to me before as well. When I called and asked them to deliverto me the missing sandwich because my daughter was starving, they told me that they don't deliver to my location which is a liebecause I order from home before and they delivered it. I've been nothing but a great customer to them delivering from theirapp, but after today, I'll think twice if I want to order again. First time at a chick fil a. Heard a lot about it and ess not disappointed. Excellent service and direction. Spicy chicken is... actually spicy! The sauce that everyone hype about is worth the hype. Lol Read more
Only give 3 stars due to the bad parking lot set up. You?re held hostage by the drive though line if you?re dining in. If you... decide to go through the drive through forget trying to get out of line if the line is moving too slow. This was NOT the ideallocation for a Chick-fil-A Read more
First pic is what I got and it was after they messed it up 3 times .. and then I was told they don?t ever cut chicken that is... fried .. but the pic on the right is a salad they?ve made before . I was here on 5/2/22, and ordered a 3 count chicken strip medium meal. Normally when I go to this location, I never have issues.... This particular time though the medium waffle fries had seemed to be missing. After the wait in the drive thru, I just expectbetter. I'm not going to give the worst rating, as I think they will reach out me and make this right. I love Chic fil A, andone thing I be looking forward to is the waffle fries. They cut me really short. I literary waited 15 mins in drive through for hash browns. Staff was not apologetic and allowed a vehicle to hold up the drive... through line. I will not be supporting this location again. Read more
