I placed A mobile order. Got there to get it. Waited 35 mins before they ?found? my order. It was already made for the last god... knows how long. Manager seemed rather out of it as if she didn?t know what was going on. My food was horrible. My drink wasn?teven full. Definitely not returning. The ABSOLUTE WORSE. Will never go there again. I think there was just this one lady working there. She had take the orders,... prepare the food, bag it, and take payment, for walk-up which was ignored with good reason she could do so much alone and drivethru that did not seem to budge. The sad ???? part is the company should do better for their people. And customer service willsuffer due to this lack of it. Too bad, I really liked Checkers in my hometown but now since this is my closest one I will notrevisit. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!!! Read more
This place deserves 0 stars!!! I came here on Saturday 10/01 around 9:00pm. The lady who was working with the blonde hair, was... extremely rude and I watched her use her bare hand to put funnel cake fries in the fryer. When I addressed her about it, shetold me to shut the f up! And told me to leave and stop making up things! The blatant disrespect! She then closed the drivethru window in my face. This is not the customer service I deserve after patronizing this business. I hope this company takesthis situation seriously! Not using gloves to handle food is disgusting!!!! Read more
Nice people but I paid almost $5 for some fries that were not fresh. The cheese and ranch had a weird smell to them and the... bacon bits were hard like they were old. They are going in the trash. Read more

The service at this Checker's was OUTSTANDING! I did not have high expectations was starving and needed a bite quick! Walk up to... the window and the young lady there was amazing! Interacting with me as a customer all the while efficiency preparing orders formyself and the drive thru seamlessly! If you stop by just be kind and they will be kind and FANTASTIC to you! Read more
Customer service was so bad, the person putting in our orders seemed like she had an attitude or that that she didn?t want to be... there.The service was super slow for what is supposed to be a fast food restaurant as barely no cars or people were either inthe drive through or inside the place.They forgot some of the orders and replaced them with things we didn?t ask. They alsoforgot a couple drinks and didn?t have cup holders and many different drinks we asked for( which could be understandable maybethere was no more stock)Overall I had a bad experience at this fast food place and was disappointed about the food after all. Never fails. Every single time , I mean ever single time and now finally I?m done with them. Awful service. Asked for chicken... and lettuce only and made sure twice and still mayonnaise loaded with.
