I placed A mobile order. Got there to get it. Waited 35 mins before they ?found? my order. It was already made for the last god... knows how long. The ABSOLUTE WORSE. Will never go there again. I think there was just this one lady working there. She had take the orders,... prepare the food, bag it, and take payment, for walk-up which was ignored with good reason she could do so much alone and drivethru that did not seem to budge. The sad ???? part is the company should do better for their people. And customer service willsuffer due to this lack of it. This place deserves 0 stars!!! I came here on Saturday 10/01 around 9:00pm. The lady who was working with the blonde hair, was... extremely rude and I watched her use her bare hand to put funnel cake fries in the fryer. When I addressed her about it, shetold me to shut the f up! And told me to leave and stop making up things! The blatant disrespect! She then closed the drivethru window in my face. This is not the customer service I deserve after patronizing this business. I hope this company takesthis situation seriously! Not using gloves to handle food is disgusting!!!! Read more
Nice people but I paid almost $5 for some fries that were not fresh. The cheese and ranch had a weird smell to them and the... bacon bits were hard like they were old. They are going in the trash. Read more
