I used to prefer Burger King when it came to fast food burgers however no more. I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a burger... the size of a krystal then a chicken sandwich that looked and tasted more like road . This is not the only one either. ClearlyBurger King needs new management or to just close its doors. Read more
This location is routinely slow as hell. Just saw 5 cars leave because they are taking so long. I'd be gone as well if I hadn't... already placed an order... that was 8 minutes ago. Half the menu is missing at this current instance and it seems like the staffdoesn't care about the quality of their service. Looks like they got a C on their last health inspection. I wish that wasposted more prominently so I could have seen BEFORE I ordered. Also they have 5 people in the store but it takes d*mn near 15minutes for a single order. This store was the worst. I ordered a fish sandwich and the fish sandwich was so old and floppy and nowhere near hot. As I... called and asked for the manager to complain about my sandwich, someone got the phone stating they were the manager and decidedto argue with me stating the sandwich was fresh and that they just made the sandwich. As I asked for his name, he would not giveit to me. Now I know the manager is not making the food but if so why lie and give out old food. All of this was after waiting15 mins to get my food and 10 to even place an order. I used to work at this Burger King almost 25 years ago and it's sad to seehow far this restaurant has fallen. We were waiting for over 10 minutes in the drive thru and no one responded. Once we decided to go to the window, you could see... the workers laughing and horsing around. When they finally saw us they said its closed and it's 4:21pm on a Wednesday afternoonhow would burger King close!?!? If I could leave 0 stars I would. We weren't even able to get food! Always slow. The drive thru screen has been broke for a year+ And inside menu screens are constantly out and on top of the long... wait the orders are constantly wrong. I understand it?s mainly teenagers and grown people who don?t care about their job butit?s not fair for customers to have to suffer sub par service and equipment. Read more
WOW..if I could give this place less than 0...it need to be closed. Someone please call the Health Inspector. Nasty, Dirty and... food is awful. Who owns this joint!!! Intercom system has been down over a month. One window take THE order and money and thenyou wait another 20-25 minutes or more to get order from the same window!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.. MAYBE IF WE STOP GOING...ITWILL GET BETTER. I got onion rings and they were soggy and cold. Also got a whopper and mayo was so thick that I could have puton another sandwich. AWFUL!!!!
