Good morning, I do not know why this location has only a 2.8 rating!! My children and I came in this morning and everyone was... absolutely wonderful!! Smiles, helpful and very patient with my indecisive children. We only wanted waters to drink with ourmeals and because the button wasn?t working well we were told to just get whatever. The service was fast, food was hot anddelicious!! I?m these times great staff is hard to find, I know because I manage huddle house behind QT. Only one person in front of me inside. 3 cars in drive thru. However, the wait time for receiving my food was ridiculous. I... only ordered onion rings and mozzarella sticks. It took like 10 to 15 minutes to receive my food; but my food was hot and fresh.They need more workers there. It shouldn't take that long to order fast food. Read more

I GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!!!! Ordered 2 double bacon croissants for $6.00 and 2 double sausage croissants for $6.00. First issue:... only received 2 croissants. Waited for rest of order. Second issue: received one single bacon instead of a double. Check yourorder. I was cheated out of a double bacon croissant. Third issue: i received COKE instead of DIET COKE. NO! Pure trash. Poor lady gets yelled out by an employee that wasn?t on the clock Threatening her and using profanity. Lady was in... the play area with her child and walked up to count to check on her order. Apparently she did not here them call. But goodservice would have known she was in the play area if they were paying attention. Off the clock employee walks out then returnsand continues to yell at this women with her child near by. I had to leave because other people started gathering from insideand out. My order was wrong and the drink area was so messy and the tables were not clean. They also said when I ordered I hadto pay with exact change. Sounded fishy. A lady outside said the manager was out of town. I will never return to this placecalled Burger King. Read more

I just came from this location @7:45pm Saturday, October 16ty 2022. The boy that was taking orders was very rude. I couldn't... understand him because he mumbles like the wanna be rappers that calls themselves rappers today. Please reevaluate who you havetaking orders at your location. I will not return and I will let others know about this location. It's a -5 for me. It'ssad because I came to this location several times with no problems. THIS was one of the better BK in the surrounding area. Nowbecause of this experience, I will not give such a good review. Read more

Placed a mobile order, waited in line for 20+ minutes for their manager to come out to each car and say ?we just had a fight... break out, we?re not taking any orders right now? and sent everybody away. We told her that we had a mobile order and she put uson hold at the window for another 10 minutes. After leaving, I checked the bag and realized they forgot something (of course) sowe went back. They were still sending cars away. No manager should EVER act that way. She wasn?t calm or collected with theircurrent situation or her customers. They lack professionalism. The cashier said the receipts would not print. I used my card and she swiped it twice. I thought I would definitely get a... receipt after she swiped the card twice. This location needs management intervention and training. The food was the worst I havereceived from any Burger King. Respondent stated the machine would not print receipts. This is unacceptable. I now have tomonitor my account to be sure I am not charged again for the awful food. Do better. Read more
