In the past couple of years, service and professionalism have declined here and have been inconsistent. Have been a customer for... many years. Tonight, I waited 10 minutes for a printed receipt after using my credit card, only to be asked not to be given one,twice. This was after the machine didn't print one and wouldn't accept my email address per Assistant Manager. When I stated Istill wanted a receipt and she could write it, she began writing it on a napkin! I let her know she should've informed me aboutall this in advance. Poor service, poor professionalism, and no apology. Why should I go back? Just incredible. Read more

We came to this brusters to enjoy some delicious ice cream. The service was fine. Nothing to rave about, but they were kind.... That's the only reason this is not a 1 star. We ordered a pint of oreo, we get home and start to enjoy. There was 1 half of anoreo. Literally half of an oreo in a pint. Thanks for the vanilla ice cream I guess. Too bad that's not what I wanted. Yes. Icould go out and get oreos and put my own in. But that's not the point of this. I ordered oreo ice cream and I got vanilla withhalf an oreo. Thanks. Read more

This location is forever out of the two flavors that I come to brusters for?(nutty coconut and Jamaican me Crazy). I stopped by... for the last 4 weeks and each time, they don?t have either. Or, they had it the day before? which indicates that the demand ishigh for the flavors and this location does not order enough!!! The one week I came by, they had something similar but becausethey were closing in 10 mins the young lady said she could not give me any toppings which sucks? on my cheat days, I lookforward to these treats but the last few weeks this Snellville location as been very disappointing.
