Walked in to order, no trouble. I got food quickly. While eating in someone walked in and stood waiting, they were told just a... minute. A second person walked in, the first still waiting. After a while the second person stormed out. The first was callingout with little success. A third walked in and out. Finally someone responded, explained short staff and inexperienced help. The drivethru concrete median length is too long and too high. Extends way past the drivethru window by several feet. Scraped... my tire rim and my car?s undercarriage. Once I left the drivethru, common sense would dictate to veer right towards thedriveway. Unfortunately, I wasn?t out of the clear after being several feet away from the drivethru window. This isn?t acut-through parking lot, so there is no need to have such a concrete barrier without rounded edges. You can see the battlemarks from other drivers. Extremely angry. On top of that, I asked for 5 chicken tenders, but received 3. Curly fries wereonly filled halfway. I have to eat excess calories in order to maintain my weight with Lou Gherig?s disease. Went to this location last night, it was wonderful. To my surprise it was clean. The manager was very courteous and wearing... gloves. I didn't see any bugs either as per other complaints. The food was hot and fresh. Read more
I pick up orders for Doordash here and its always been fast and friendly. Last time I was in there, about a week ago, a customer... came in to pick up and he had a bunch of drinks so he takes them to his car. Zayre, the manager I think, took his food out tohim so he didnt have to come back. I thought that was amazing customer service. My experiences here have been positive. Read more
I've never had a bad meal at Arby's but last night I had a half pound roast beef sandwich with chunky meat. Never had anything... but the thin sliced beef. There were pieces that I couldn't eat. I was very disappoint. Read more
Place my order and it came out just the way I ordered it the location is very clean not only can I tell from just looking but... the food as well as the drinks from the machines taste it like it was a can soda I have just opened. Staff is very courteousand helpful I always used to drive through haven't been in but I'm sure it's just as nice. To the management keep doing what youdoing makes me feel like you respect your customers and appreciate them. Read more
My husband and I were super hungry and debating on where to go for a quick bite when we drove by this Arby's and had to make a... U-turn and we are glad that we did. We were met with, "Welcome!" and someone was ready to take our order right away all whilethe drive thru was running very smoothly. The restroom and restaurant was clean. I'd also like to mention the food was cookedfresh. The icing on the cake is when we realized we didn't get a receipt the manager was very kind to go through the recenttransactions to find our receipt and print it out for us (for my fetch rewards of course)???? Whenever we are on this side oftown this will definitely be our quick bite destination ???? Read more
