The customer service here is horrible. They are more expensive than all the other American dell's. On top of it all they won't... let you use the bathroom. They charge you a dollar for a refill and they are very rude. This place is bad for the franchise. Read more
The new/recently new all woman staff is not friendly. They Charge extra for EVERYTHING. They act like they can?t let you get all... flats or all drums. They are short with customers, not friendly at all. Don?t worry about calling in your order because theyaren?t going to cook them til you arrive. (or should I say ?recook? it, because all they do is drop already cooked wings back inthe grease once you come in) wings at this location aren?t even good enough for me to keep coming back to this subpar service.The Loganville location and Wingsmania are SO much better. I'm so annoyed I placed a phone order for pickup. They told me 5-10m. I get there 24m after I placed my call for them to tell me... they make the order fresh. That defeats the purpose of me calling in this order before my lunch break. Now I don't have time toeat. ???????????? Read more
This place is horrible. They gave me shrimp fried rice through Uber eats with half cooked shrimp, no vegetables, no egg, no... nothing. Just horrible. They don?t answer phone calls. Cashier Maria leaves you on hold without returning back to the phonecall. She?s extremely rude. Maria has absolutely no customer service skills and she coughs without covering her mouth. Omg... the price of food is too high for the quality I received on yesterday. I ordered a 15 piece wing meal to split with my... son. I received a peigon drum. That piece of bird was so small. How can you honestly count that? I will not ever go back to thislocation. Not all American Deli?s are made the same. I ordered from this location on accident online w/ Uber Eats. Went to Centerville... location to find that out. Went to correct location and picked up my lemon pepper and garlic parmesan . Lemon pepper was okay.Fry?s were okay but the garlic Parmesan were coated in some slimy cheese sauce that was really unappealing. Disgusting.don?t buythe garlic parm. Read more
Went in for the first time, and was actually quite impressed. The price was very reasonable, the amount of food was huge, and... it was all really good. When I was in, the people were very friendly. My only question is.... why are there Gyros at an 'AllAmerican Cafe'? :) Read more
