I ordered my food curbside and the workers were too lazy to take it out to my car. Left it sitting inside on the counter while... I was waiting 30mins for my sandwich :( Read more

It would have been four stars of the music in here wasn't broken and they would have remembered the tuna in the tuna salad lol.... But at least the staff corrected this for us as soon as we recognized it. Read more

For the third time in a row now we have ordered online and picked up. For the third time now in a row our sandwhiches have not... been toasted as requested. I tried to call this time and complain but there is no answer other than a recording that they arenot available right now. I guess if you don't have Internet access then your order doesn't matter and they don't want yourbusiness. I tried several times, at least 10 to call. Also, again, there were no onions on my sandwhich and I requested extra.The southwest sauce was virtually non existent. I don't know why but I have eaten Subway at dozens of locations across 7different states and this one in the Ferry never seems to taste right. It has almost like a veggies on the verge of going badtaste. Due to Taco Bell extremely bad customer service I, and others I know, have stopped going to the one here. This Subway isabout to that point as well. They are getting about as bad as McDonald's at screwing up a simple order. Update: about 8 monthsago I personally went into this Subway in Sneads and they wanted over 12$ for a foot long. I asked about such drastic priceincrease and was told "we went up bc tourist season is over." So screw the locals who keep you in business year round? I laughedand walked out. Wouldn't accept their own coupon, put about half the meat on the sandwich it is supposed to have, then asked for a 20% tip. ... Guess there is a reason I was the only customer there. Read more

I am extremely picky about how my sandwiches are made because I basically take them apart and eat each individual item... separately. Though, I've never had much of an issue at this particular Subway and people don't often complain about thisdirectly to me, it isn't difficult to tell when someone is annoyed with my specific desires regarding the order and placement ofmy toppings, but this was certainly not the case here. The sandwich artist was friendly, knowledgeable regarding new menu items,and wasn't annoyed whatsoever when I expressed my desire for my sandwich to be made so specifically. I know I'm not always theeasiest person to get it right for, but this time was spot-on! This sandwich artist definitely deserves some praise for herpatience and understanding. Actually, if it were up to me, she'd be getting a raise! Read more

The staff was very friendly and fast at serving me and my family. The store was very clean. The food was fresh and made just how... we liked it. The young lady that served us and checked us out was super nice. I will definitely go there again. If you loveSubway then this is a very good location to get great service in a timely manner.
