Place was great! Sorry didn?t take a picture of the food but it was top tier. The wait was little long but it was... understandable, the ambiance and waitstaff were awesome. We stopped to eat lunch as we were heading into topsail beach, this place is fabulous!! We shared dip sampler and street tacos;... then we both got Mexican corn. Some of the Best Mexican food I have ever ate. The atmosphere was upscale Mexican vibes. I was soimpressed with the extra large canvas paintings on the walls, so life like!! The staff were very kind and helpful. We loved itso much we came off the beach to eat here again before we went home. The second time we had the street quesadillas and the flanksteak and shrimp, both were amazing! We wanted Mexican corn again but they ran out right when we got there, that wasdisappointing but I would highly recommend going here if you love Mexican!! Read more
This was a recommendation from a local but we were totally surprised by how good it was! The drinks were delicious and well... balanced. The food was fresh and delicious plus the portions were generous. I had the flank steak and shrimp, husband had themahi tacos, and our son had the poblano burrito and churros for desert. The churros were light, crispy and probably the bestwe've had in the US. The service was also friendly and fast. Totally enjoyably. The homemade salsa was spicy good too. Read more
We just got into town and decided to stop by for lunch. Food was good. We got enchiladas, carne asada tacos, and kid's meals.... Everything was cooked well and flavorful. We didn't notice the QR code for the menu on the wall; I'd suggest waiters letcustomers know as they're seated so they aren't waiting for menus. Our phones didn't work so the waitress brought us actualmenus which was nice. The margarita I ordered was good as well. I liked the styrofoam cups for the kids, too. The place isdecorated very nicely, I loved the wall baskets and the bathroom style/cleanliness was also maintained which isn't commonanymore so appreciated. We were a party if 12 and they sat us immediately and had chips and salsa brought to the table. Sever was awesome, atmosphere... was nice and food was excellent. No menus so you have to scan a QR code. low signal in restaurant but they have WiFi. Fooddidn?t take long at all. Great little spot to try near North Topsail. Read more
Came in for lunch at 1:00, not busy- stood waiting to be seated for about 7 minutes. Finally seated and a nice young lady... brought chips and some delicious salsa. Server came to get drink order about 10 minutes later. Waters came back fairly quickly,order placed at same time. Food came out fairly quickly, lunch fajitas, steak quesadilla, and steak tostadas. On all meals, themeat was flavorful, lean, and cooked perfectly. There was big chunks of bell peppers and onions on the fajita with a nice char.The tostada had some flavorful sauce and beans with fresh tomatoes. The quesadilla had peppers and onions and lots ofcheese. The beans and rice were bland and very flavorless. Lettuce on garnish was very green. Food was okay, nothing superspectacular, service was also ok- had to ask for water refills twice. A lot of potential, they need to step it up. Read more
Really cool place, great design and layout. You can tell they take care of their business. The margarita menu is huge. Wait... staff very friendly. Food came out in a timely manner. Would have given it 5 stars except my wife's sizzling fajitas got burnedsince the skillet was so hot. Would go back though. Read more
Excellent Mexican restaurant experience! Beautiful inside. The menu has something for everyone. Pictured are the Keto chicken if... you have dietary concerns and the quesadilla. It was huge! The plate?s are probably 12 inches across to give you and idea. Ourfood was hot when it came out and our server(Melinda or Miranda) please forgive me , she did an excellent job! Super nice.
