I went this Wendy's to pick up an order for delivery. The restaurant was very understaffed. The young man at the front counter... was flustered & confused. The 2 ladies in the back were more interested in giggling at the fryers rather than helping anyone orgetting the food out. If there was a manager there, we sure didn't see one. The dining room really needed to be restocked &wiped down. This was just ridiculous. Read more
Drive thru is awful in terms of waiting.Ordered two large combos & a baked potato only to get home and realize that both large... fries were missing. I?m unsure if they purposely left the fries off or what. But it?s very disappointing to pay almost $30 andnot get all of your food. I could understand accidentally leaving one off, but they left both off. However, they did mention theBoo Book which I bought to simply support, considering that I don?t consume Frostys. I love a fast food place that is actually fast! They are always quick, well staffed and the employees are nice. It's Wendy's, so... most people know the food. Hot and fresh and the manager is great. In and out in the middle a lunch rush. Great work! Read more
Had to wait 25 minutes for a parmesan chicken salad. To only get more lettuce. Very little chicken. SMH. of course my burger... and fries were cold by the time the chicken salad was ready... Asked for sweet tea there was NONE in lobby. When I asked I wastold sweet tea was in coke machine... Guess what there is NO sweet tea in the coke machine... Read more
