Same guy been cooking here forever is great at his job. Server forgot my waffle and burned it twice. Store was dirty. Have... seen german roaches on my last 2 visits. I will start posting pictures of them if it continues. Tent the building and fill itwith ozone gas that will kill everything inside that is alive, insects, rodents, even mold. You can get 3 commercial ozonegenerators that should do the trick off Amazon for $70 each. Read more
I want to start off by saying that I regularly visit waffle house, and always enjoy the food and the experience. Today was... somehow extremely different. I ordered four eggs scrambled with a slice of cheese and a side of bacon. It took almost 30 minutesto get and it was not busy. I heard two servers and one Cook asked three separate times what the order was, and looked overtheir shoulder into my eyes without asking me if the order was correct before proceeding to make it. At one point they evenasked another customer what the order was suppose to be thinking it was theirs.once they realized, they still did not come askme for verification. When I receive my food the order was made wrong and I requested that I only pay for the part that I ate andthat was made correctly. They refused and instead took one dollar off the ticket, as if that somehow is supposed to make adifference. The phrase too many cooks in the kitchen works very well here as it was a very chaotic mess for a café that wasnot stressing the limits of occupancy. I am sorely disappointed in the Smyrna Waffle House, and I can assure you I will nevervisit this location again. Read more
We went in and it was freezing inside. We ordered and while waiting for the rest of our food a roach fell onto the table from... the ceiling. Told the waiter and he just grabbed the roach with a napkin and threw it away. Waffles were part of our order butwhen they arrived, they were light brown on the exterior and raw on the middle. Toast was very dark and tasted almostburned.Told the waiter about the waffles and no solution was offered. No new waffle and certainly no discount offered. I willprobably not go back for a very long time if ever. Steer clear of waffle house near Nissan in Smyrna, it's disgusting. Read more
It looks like the place hasn't been cleaned in months. No other customers when we arrived and not a single clean table. The one... that "WAS CLEAN" the table and seat were sticky. had to ask multiple times to wipe it down. What ever you do don't look up atthe air return it has a fur coat of dust on it. No way to dry your hands in the bathroom. Read more

Service was great, servers were very polite and any concerns we had they politely addressed them in a very timely manner. The... store was clean, food was fresh and hot and the wait time was none. I ordered my daughter a hash brown bowl and she didn't wanteggs. It came with eggs but they fixed it immediately and didn't charge us for the other one even though we said we would pay sothat was nice. It was quiet but cozy and watching the cars go by was not so bad. I think our server was Haley and I suggest yousit in her area because she was very sweet and attentive. Read more
Let's be honest the food isn't great, but it's consistently good. The service staff are quick and polite, and the food is very... reasonably priced. It's an awesome place for a fast cheap bite. Read more
