If I could leave a 0 I would. The cook burnt my food and I asked for it to be remade. I got attitude from everyone. The cook was... disrespectful. After remaking the waffles. He kept pulling them too early. So they were falling apart. Then after that he let awaffle cook on the dirty take out counter. I asked for a refunded and they said they couldn?t do it. I can?t even speak to amanager because one wasn?t there!! All I wanted was a unbury waffle. But all I got was attitude from everyone!! Never goingback!!! Read more

Cook does not change gloves after getting raw meat out of freezer. Just goes on to cook rest of your food like it?s... okay. Definitely did not stay to eat it but be aware, if you feel sick after eating here you know why! Read more
This one particular waffle house here in Tennessee is ran like a swiss watch, the place is clean, they have so many people... serving, they welcome one coming in, and they serve and cook as if this was a high end restaurant. First off, we waited at the table for 10 minutes before anyone ever came over. There was literally one other table in the whole... place. We get our food, and it's fine, I have no complaints about the food. The cook was awesome. I asked for jelly for mytoast, because, well, plain toast is well, kinda plain. I said anything but mixed. And I asked for a coffee refill. 15 minuteslater, she tossed 2 things of mixed jelly on the table. Um, that's the one thing I didn't ask for, and now my toast is ice cold.Thanks. But I finally got my coffee refill. The table that was there left and a new table came in after us. She spent most ofher time with them, I guess she figured she'd get a better tip because there were a couple of more people at the table. We stoodat the register for a good 5-7 minutes, with her at the register, and she didn't even acknowledge that we were there until thecook said something. We usually have such good experiences at this Waffle House, but tonight, it just plain sucked. Read more
Ok, so I get the supply chain crisis, but this is ridiculous! They gave us a paper menu with like 10 items they can make and... serve. It's sad when our Government fails our Country, but it's the business that suffer from things like this. Our server wassuper sweet, but I will not go back there again. Read more
There was literally nobody there. They told me it would be a 45 min wait and told us to go to another Waffle House because they... had to clean the grill and it was mandatory. But the cook was sitting eating and the cashier was just saying anything to get usout the door. I am very displeased with the waffle service. This is how you treat you customers. Read more
Waffle House remains staunchly reliable, through pretty much everything that has happened. It's good to know I can still get a... Texas chicken melt and a pecan waffle and have them be just as good as they were thirty years ago. This WH is keeping up thestandards. Read more
