Waited over 25 mins to take my order in drive thru with only 4 cars in line. Then when I went to place my order I had to repeat... it numerous times. Finally, got up to pay and the guy just said how much it was and took my card for payment. No customerservice whatsoever. Read more
Bad enough that this location has had a closed dining room for a long long time and therefore drive-thru only. Completely... insane that the light has been burned out on their menu so that it can't even be read in the drive-thru for over 2 months. Ihave been requesting that they repair it so that the menu could be read for over 2 months as well. Requested again tonight. Asof the date of this review, they have not replaced the light bulb. You cannot read the menu after the sun goes down. And thisshould tell you how much the management and ownership of this Taco Bell cares. Unbelievable apathetic incompetence. Read more
Yesterday I ordered the 3 taco Supreme meal. It tasted like cleaner had gotten into the meat. This happened once before but I... thought it was just a fluke so I went back and it seemed fine. This Taco Bell has messed up every order I?ve made the last 3 times I?ve gone here. The times on the door and windows and on... GOOGLE all say it closes at 10pm. They closed at 9pm and I had a mobile order and I did not get what I paid for. I had tosubstitute my beef for steak and it was so gross. Every time I order and ask for sauce on the app I never get the sauces. Theymake my order wrong and just stamp on the ingredients even though I am paying for the changes or additions on the app. I can?ttell you how disappointing it is to work all day and go to grab a quick easy meal and have it screwed up every single time Icome here. Save your money and cook for yourself if just go somewhere else. We will not be going back to this location. I canimagine running a business that fails at the simplest tasks over and over again. If I could give zero stars, I would. Hours for weekdays are until 10 PM as stated online, but they just close up shop whenever... they feel like it. Today they had a makeshift sign taped to the drive-thru mic with a band-aid that said closing at 8 PM. Thecars in line 10-15 minutes before then were denied service but trapped in the line because there?s no way to get out of the lineonce you are in it. Had to wait another 15 minutes just to be able to leave with no service or food. Trash establishment. Wasgood a long time ago sadly. Read more
One of my guilty pleasures I will admit. I've been eating Taco Bell since I was a kid. There have been subtle changes over the... years but all in all it's still a quick easy place that's consistent for a taco or late night craving. Glad Mexican pizzas areback but sold out today :( Read more
I stopped by for a late lunch. Someone called me before I got in the line and when I got up I was trying to wrap up the call so... I asked for "one second" and apologized. The lady said, "Are you on a phone call?" I said, "Yes, I'm sorry." She answered, "Soyou're on a call in the drive through and want me to wait before I put in your order? We have time limits..." I said, "Nope."And started backing out (no one was in line behind me.) Look, I get that there are probably speed of service metrics and I wasprobably slowing that number down. But more important than saving 20 seconds while I wrap up a call or ask them to hold on, iscustomer service. The last place I'm gonna eat is somewhere that rudely chastises me in the drive through.
