This taco bell is definitely the best one in Smyrna. Lobby has been closed for some weeks some workers told me it should have... been done by now but the registers and new menu boards haven?t been installed therefore they cannot open the lobby, sucks to seeso many people on here mad at the staff and saying hateful stuff for stuff that isnt their fault. Definitely wish our communitywould treat these workers at this precise location better. Read more

9/10 times my order is wrong. 6/10 times it right, its under cooked. I usually get a chicken quesadilla and it almost always... comes crumpled up like someone dumped into the bag straight off the grill. Attached to the review is said quesadilla. Not sureif you can tell but lodged in the cheese on the right is a peice of beef. There is no beef in a chicken quesadilla.. Read more
The three that work Sunday night shift, are AMAZING. I had a long day after work, and everything was closed. I went to a... different taco bell location, and they told me they ?closed early? (it was 11pm, they supposedly close at 12am.) so I went tothis one. I had amazing service, the staff were so so so kind, and it really made my night that they were kind, and actuallystayed open past 11pm. Walked up to this location and lobby was closed due to HVAC issues. No big deal as we were getting food to go anyways. We walk... up to the drive through window and they couldn?t take our order because it is a ?safety hazard? to pass food through the windowto someone on foot. Luckily there is a Subway next door that was able to take our order. Read more
I have a gluten sensitivity. Taco Bell is one of the only places I?m able to eat out. They have several times put the spicy... potato taco in corn tortillas for me for that reason. Now all of the sudden they say they can?t. My sister use to be a managerat a Taco Bell location so I know in fact it?s out of pure laziness. I ordered using the app. The location closest to me was closed temporarily, so I had to go to this location. The food was... decent, however I ordered 2 Fiesta Potatoes and upon opening the lid, both had not even a quarter of cup of potatoes in them,they were WAY overcooked and cold w very little cheese and sour cream one them. They were not worth the cost or the drive!Cashier was also not friendly. Won't return to this location. Read more
Bunch of mouth breathers who use pronouns who couldn?t get my order right again. Went inside to address the issue and instead of... getting it right the second time they wanted to charge me again for their mistake.
