Was glad to see a Starbucks come so close to us near Almaville Rd; however, sad to see the staff drop the ball on service with... sooo many bad reviews on Google. I ordered a fruity drink for my daughter, and a pour-over decaf for me. My daughters came up,and I waited for my decaf. I noticed the girl that took my order, and who was making my decaf, got her stuff, and left; I assumeend of her shift. After some time, I had to ask someone to finish my decaf; of course it was not hot anymore after 25 minutes. Read more

When the best thing going for this place is the tried and true atmosphere of a typical Starbucks you know something is off. The... one that took our order was nice enough but not necessarily friendly like at the other locations I have been to. Then thebarista making our beverages just was very absent minded. I guess she thought every drink needed to be cold despite everythingsaying hot and after I noticed the first drink was cold and told her nicely that both drinks should be hot (as I could clearlysee she was making the second cold as well) she didn't even apologize or pay attention since I still got 2 cold drinks.Basically it was redone and the drinks were not the normal quality we get from Starbucks. I'm a food delivery worker for Uber Eats and doordash I have never dealt with a more unprofessional group of people in my life.... Every one of those workers that was there July 31st at 3:00 p.m y'all need to quit your job and go do warehouse work you are notcut out for customer service work. Well, they were all very nice BUT my flat white came out like a weak, wet latte with no microfoam and I doubt that I got my... extra espresso shot. The dark roast with an added espresso shot came out weak too. Maybe something wrong with their equipment ?!Just disappointed and it?s not the first time.
