I don?t know why I keep coming back but I do. Order always 10 minutes ahead of time and still waiting for my drink another 5... minutes. The location is always dirty and the bathroom is even worse. They have hand held soap dispensers that are so filthy youcan?t even use the soap provided. Seriously need to have the food inspectors visit. I don?t think the floor has been moppedsince after the remodel. Read more
Not much different from any Starbucks in terms of food and drink. It's nice and spacious with lots of tables and chairs. Outdoor... seating available too. Only one way in and out though so cars are lined up out into the main road quite often. Read more
Be ready to wait a long time to be served from this location. They recently had the whole place renovated. Before they had a... good size dining area. Now they have cut the dining area into half of what it was, no more tables to sit at, and reduced down toonly one employee they have preparing coffee for people who walk in. The others are too busy making doordash and Uber eatsorders to serve anyone that walks in. The store has obviously started focusing more on drive thru and door dash orders. Therewas two people working drive thru. We waited about twenty five minutes for a coffee inside. The drive thru line was all the wayout to the main road. It?s ridiculous. Read more
worst location. I stopped going for months because the coffee was never made as I ordered it and always tasted horrible. Decided... to give it a chance which was a mistake. Waited 15 mins just for my coffee to not be made correctly, filled halfway and tastingbitter. Really don?t get it. I?ll stick to Lee Victory Pkwy-Almaville. Read more
Currently waiting in the store for my order for 20 minutes with the same 12 people who were here when I walked in. We have added... 8 waiters since then. Staff does even acknowledge those of us who have waiting. Read more

Raechael and Ciapher were absolutely amazing. They was so kind and courteous! Also fast, efficient, and very personable as... well. I?ve managed and worked in retail for more years than I can count. Believe me when I tell you, their customer service wasOUT OF THIS WORLD. Everyone in the customer service industry should be like them. They are a prime example of how everyone needsto treat their customers. Rae have helped me find the most beautiful Tumbler as well. It?s just perfect! They both deserverecognition for going above and beyond every single time I?ve been there. Outstanding personalities, and truly beautiful souls.The frappe that was made for me was amazing as well!
