POOR customer service. RUDE car hop. (older woman with shorter, multi-tone blondish hair) There was a problem with the order and... instead of offering a SIMPLE FIX that would have taken 30-45 second MAX, she chose to be confrontational and condescending. Iordered a "regular" hot dog with no onions and a large order of onion rings. (I love onions but RAW onions hate me)They sent outa hot dog with NOTHING on it. She was pleasantly enough when she brought out my order. I paid and gave her a tip. Once Irealized there was NOTHING on the hot dog, I let them know about the mix up. I explained wanted a "regular" hotdog, not a"plain" one. She came out to my vehicle promptly, but NOT to fix the problem. Nay nay. It was to say a "regular" hot dog IS a"plain" hot dog. Then she reached over and pointed to the menu and said we have TWO hotdogs, a chili cheese and an ALL-AMERICAN(with emphasis) She was clearly upset so I asked for a refund. She came back with my money minus the tip I had given her whenshe orginally brought out my food. I flipped her off as I drove away. Should I have? no. We stopped by for dinner at almost 8 PM, after a long day of family stuff, trips to Home Depot etc. We finally ordered off... hubbies Sonic app, food was quick, fresh and flavorful. Service was friendly and the location was clean. It was a very HOTevening, so everyone was going thru drive thru, or eating in their car. The one issue was that my Sonic App would only work fora Sandwich, any time I added tots, onion rings, drinks...it always said not available. I updated my app, rebooted my phone,tried being on their WIFI, and on Cell Service...still could not order anything but sandwiches... probability an issue withSonic App and not this location... For Google Reviews, it is Always Very Telling if the Negative Reviews have less than 5reviews...Just giving some mini advice...consider the source friends... Read more
