First time in this restaurant. From the getting from the cashier, who was way polite and courteous, to the final bite, the... whole experience was excellent. It's like real hibachi flavor! From the time we entered until food was ready was only 8minutes. Portions were massive. 2 meals per dish easy. I had spicy tuna sushi, which was pretty darn good. We also ordered theSesame Chicken and the Hibachi chicken and steak. Steak was cooked right and was quality cut. Very good value at 27 bucks. Andwe can eat it all again tomorrow. Delicious affordable food. Fast service, easy to see from a driving distance. Enough sushi options to satisfy the craving.... Location used to be a Jack in the box restaurant many years ago, the seating is still the same of the fast food burgerrestaurant. Read more
Hibachi and sushi fast and delicious. These two foods usually require a good bit of time to wait for sitting in a restaurant.... Shogun Express gets you good hibachi and sushi at a fast food pace. The spicy tuna sushi was great and the chicken/steak hibachiwas very good. The fried rice was well made and the vegies added a nice bit of color and flavor. Somebody told me the food here was good. Not! The kids and I wasted almost $50. It took forever to actually get our takeout. The... egg rolls were burnt. The crab rangoons were okay. The noodles were dry and mushy. The sesame chicken was dry and had no taste.The meal was over priced and the food is awful. We would have done better ordering pizza. My advice is to go somewhere else ifyou want good Chinese style cuisine. Read more
