Say goodbye to Starbucks and Dunkin, this is absolutely the best coffee! The people there are phenomenal, they always greet you... with a smile and great conversation (it?s not a scripted conversation, they actually care about getting to know you). I?ve triedeverything on the menu and it?s fantastic, but they have a secret menu drink called ?French Toast Blender? all I can say ischefs kiss!!! Bravo! Read more

Visited when in town. This was our first Scooter?s experience. Overall the staff was very friendly, they hustled the drink out... fast, and it was tasty. We ordered a hot vanilla latte and it reminded me of a Starbucks blonde vanilla latte in some ways. Nottoo sweet. It was very warm but not hot so you could enjoy right away. Not sure why there are so many 1 stars. This place is good and not bitter like other coffee places plus they have great sugar... free options. The staff is always friendly. Hope they stick around because they are my first choice for coffee. Read more
Ordered my drink exactly how I like it. I paid for four espresso shots and it not received 3. So they remade it but it tasted... horrible the second time. I made customer service aware of an issue I had with a staff member making a rude comment to me. Lisaemailed back with the same rudeness as the staff. I will not be back. Starbucks makes the same exact drink for me with a smile! Read more
Honestly I'm pretty disappointed. I've gotten scooters coffee many times in Missouri and it's always some of the best coffee.... However the new one in smyrna is missing something badly. The service itself was not bad. Everyone was friendly and seemed to behappy to be there. The coffee on the other hand is another story. I got a black cold brew with sweet foam. The coffee was verymuch so not black. It tastes like water with a splash of coffee for color. Like the coffee version of a la Croix. Read more
Love supporting new places in the area but - We arrived at 4:30 PM on a Sunday, I ordered a black coffee, and they were out of... coffee. How is a coffee shop out of coffee? Anywho, we went ahead and ordered a Latte, which came to us as a cup of water withsome foam and a faint coffee taste. This place blows goats, but the service was AMAZING. I'd go back just for that alone, but Iprobably won't. For the same price, Dunkin is miles better. Wanted to like it, but was super disappointed in the coffee.However, whoever works at the Smyrna location, y'all are awesome. Read more
