If it wasn't for the Predators deal might not have realized this location was here. They're free. The sandwich was awesome.... Definitely going back again. Trying some more things. I put this place in front of Jersey Mike's. As far as sandwiches. The meatwas awesome. The service was a little slow but going at lunch on free sandwich day. Probably not the best choice. Penn Station is one of my favorite places to eat. My husband introduced their food to me years ago. So, when I noticed they... opened a new location close to where we lived I was thrilled. We stumbled across this location on their grand opening day anddecided to have lunch. I was surprised that their prices have increased dramatically, but still enjoyed the food. I have wentback twice since that day, but both visits have been off. The first time the French fries( which are expensive) weren?t evenclose to being filled. The last time, the staff wasn?t friendly at all. I guess although I love the food, I won?t be going back.I like to support a business that treats their customers the way they should. Read more

The gentleman who served us was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He answered all of our questions, being the first time there -... and made great recommendations based on the little info we gave. He helped us pick appropriate portions too without any upsalepressure. The food itself is reasonable for the price. Less than $30 for 2 sandwiches 2 drinks and fries. The cheesesteak isdefinitely loaded up and the fries are okay at best. With the service given, I would definitely return. Read more

Ordered the Philly cheesesteak sub with fries and wasn't disappointed. The wait time was a little longer compared to other sub... places but considering what you're getting it's well worth the wait. Worst experience...I worked all day and finally decided it was time to end my night, so figured I would stop and get my favorite... sandwich. I just wanted a Philly Cheesesteak with steak, onions mushrooms extra cheese and light mayo. no banana, peppers nospicy brown mustard, that's it ! No pizza sauce!!! These people truly did not understand the assignment! Got home and thissandwich was messy and to say the least! Got there at 11am. Looks like it was fully staffed maybe training new team members but our food got out super quick. It was... fresh, hot, and mighty tasty! We got a Rueben and a club. Just as good as the other Penn stations around. Manager or ownerstopped by our table to ask how was the food and suggested one of his favorites for next lunch run. The founders special. Read more
