Ordered a pizza and wings tonight. Around the same time, this store has a system malfunction so they couldn't take or finish any... orders. The professionalism of the manager and front-clerk was breathtaking. The manager remained calm and worked the problemdespite the hurricane of stress. Thr food was top notch too! Read more

I ordered 2 pizzas at 6:00 and it is now 7:59. Still no delivery. Their tracker told me 45-58 mins.. they called to let me know... they were remaking the pizza so it would be hot but no apology on it taking TWO hours to actually be delivered. We live 3 milesdown the road. Read more

Consistently delicious pizza. Delivery service is great! Pizzas are always fresh and hot. This is a great convenient location.

The food was ok at best. The prices here are totally insane and don't justify the cost. It's a pizza for Christ sake not a... steak. The forced delivery fee makes me not tip the driver also, so that tactic isn't working. In short, I will not orderanother thing from Papa RIPPOFF ever again. I hope the greed with this company distroys them. Little Caesars taste betteranyway! Read more

Would give a zero if it was an option. Ordered a pizza on the app said 90 mins delivery time. Canceled order after waiting over... 2 1/2 hrs. Just ridiculous. Should have done Jets. Read more

I ordered 3 pizzas. Nothing fancy. 2 with sausage and extra cheese, 1 with chicken and extra cheese. The dough was raw in the... middle. First, why was the dough so thick?? Papa Johns is known for the dough. I called and wasn't even upset because sometimesthings happen. They told me they'd email me coupons to replace the order. (Even though that means I have to pay for deliveryagain) NEVER got them. Called back twice and keep getting the same answer. I asked them to just replace the order. Nope. Noresolution. It's was not my error. Why do I have to struggle to get a resolution? UPDATE: The manager reached out to me andcorrected the issue. I respect that even though he had personal issues going on, he still resolved the issue. Read more

I placed a carry- out order on the phone at 5pm. I was told it would be 45-55 minutes. An hour and a half later after sitting in... the parking lot for 45 minutes I finally got my pizzas. There were several people I watched going in and coming right back outand sitting in their cars with the same look I had. Not happy!! If it?s going to be that long just TELL me and I?ll planaccordingly. I had 6 people waiting on me to bring dinner and a very unhappy baby. Wasn?t offered anything but a trite apology.You could have made it right by at the very least offering something for wasting my time. Won?t go back to that location again. Read more

We tried it twice. Second time gave me food poisoning. Both times were for pick up. In both instances we were told our pizzas... would be ready in 15 min. Both times we got there at about the 20 min mark and both times we were told our pizzas were justgoing in the oven. They obviously rushed them through and the dough was very flat and chewy. It?s been 48 hrs since we ate itand my stomach is still turning and everything I eat goes right through me. I will not try again. Read more
