If you work 3rd shift, would like some food from a place that claims to have a 24hr drive thru (says 24hr Drive Thru everywhere... you look online), and would love to be denied, head on down to the Ol McDonald?s on Nissan Drive. Change your hours online ifyou all don?t wanna do your job. *edit* I?d also like to point out that this isn?t the first time I?ve had this happen from thislocation. I?ve been here several times mainly through the drive through but let me tell ya my son loves the play place here and every time... I come here the manager Kevin goes out of his way to make sure I enjoy my time here 10/10 recommended Kevin is just all aroundamazing. Thanks man! Read more
ANSWER YOUR FREAKING PHONE! This place is NOTORIOUS for screwing up orders. Today is the second time I ordered a double... quarter pounder, and the ticket on the box says double pounder, but they only made the sandwich with a single patty. SECONDTIME they have done this exact thing to me. Find another store, this one is bad. I've been calling for over an hour, but nowonder they don't answer the phone - too many screwed up orders and they don't want to hear about it! Read more
I would like to start this by saying I never write reviews in places but this place has truly inspired me. I have had long... hairs in my food multiple times. When ordering breakfast I often ask for two syrups rather than one, which I would gladly payfor but it never seems to make it in the bag. Many times my hash brown has not been included. I guess the true Icing thatinspired this review was going to this location at 3:10 am on 9/10/22 and having me and four other customers waiting over 10minutes without a single response with about six people working inside and no one at the window. When I circled to see what wasgoing on they all were just hanging out. This is a 24 hour location. Too many kids, not enough adults to make sure it runs like it should. Went through the drive thru, got some nuggets, checked my... bag and don't see any dipping sauce. I asked for some and the kid is gonna tell me that he already put some in there. This afterhe saw me check the bag. I only gave a 3 star because the food was fresh and correct. Also the drive thru person that takes order did get my order... correct. However, I didn't like him asking "is that all" after every item I ordered. I got a sweet Tea extra ice but when I getto the window I get it with lite ice. The girl huffs like it's my fault. So, I just asked for a cup of ice. She tries to give mea small coffee cup of ice. I say there's no regular cups. She huffs again and gives me a small cup half filled with ice. I thispoint I just accepted that she did not want to be there and take my cup and leave. The bag had no napkins either. Also, herco-workers were laying up against the ice machine just talking which leads me to believe that she just didn't want to work ifthey weren't. No adult supervision leads to very poor service. I used to go to this McDonald's for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's used to be fast and clean. They've hired some new... employees. I noticed not everyone has their hair pulled back or in a hair net when they have long hair. There are other issuessince the new hires. Read more
They take for ever and the food is never hot. And if you order a 20 piece chicken nuggets they mess up at times and only give... you 17, 19 depends on the day and the worker. Which makes it an inconvenience because I split the 20 piece between teo children. Read more
