I wanted to leave a good review about the manager Eddie. I arrived for my order that was purchased on mobile, and saw there was... a line that was out the door. I was informed that a near by store had closed and they were receiving all the orders form thearea. I also was informed that 3 people were not on shift that should have been, making his job increasingly difficult. He wasleft with two high school students for the night. It was so busy I was told my pizza was gonna be 30 minutes behind, which Iwasn?t worried about. The reason I am leaving the review is because of how Eddie dealt with the situation that was presented.Customers were screaming and treating him worse than anyone deserved. His response was professional and calm. He did everythinghe could with the resources available and was not given credit for the mess he was handed. They had a flood of customers come in at once and there was a FIGHT in the back. The manager handled the fight (he won) and came... right back up front and started taking care of his customers without missing a beat. Read more

Only one team member. Told me he was only serving pepperoni and cheese. Another customer came in and wanted wings and he dropped... wings. He was running the cash register and then going into the back and making pizza without washing his hands. When asked ifhe washed them, he did so afterwards. Read more
Ordered online and picked it up in the automatic door warmer tower thing. Easy process, type in the code and the door opens for... you. Very convenient and no need to talk to any one. Those jalapeños are spicy! They hooked it up with the toppings as usual.The wings are ok, not what I expected. Italian cheese bread was good. Got a stuffed crust cheese pizza. I love little Caesars pizza. One of my go-to's when I travel for work. The employees working this particular Thursday afternoon... aren't the greatest... Two employees one running the register and one making pizza. Did an online order when I got to the frontI could see my order in the warmer behind them. When I said I had an online order the guy started to try to charge me. I toldhim I paid online. He stared at me for a good 30 seconds before the lady came up and showed him the order on the screen. Theythen walked around for another 5 minutes seemingly harassing each other and customers behind me. They then pulled my order outof the warmer and looked inside it, closed it, and gave it to me. Not a terrible thing, but very odd and terriblyunprofessional. If I were the manager I would be taking these particular employees under my wing. Read more
