We went here today and our food was not hot. The chicken sandwiches were like they were sitting out on a warmer, they were not... hot. Everyone we come here the food is not hot. It was horrible the doors were open but none came to wait on us then after standing there they say were closing the dinning... room. Why was the dang doors open. So go drive thru they were very rude n then got attitude cause my order was different meaningno onions no pickle no cheese well guess what was the burgers everything! So I walk to window n the girl snatched the bag n took5 mins yo give me back my order. I ask for manager number n was told to look it up!! Will never give my money to Krystal's again Read more

Trying out Krystal's for the first time in years. The chicken sliders aren't half bad but then I opened up the burger only to... find a piece of elephant skin with some cheese on it. I have never in my life seen a burger that looked like that canned catfood. It had the consistency of mushy uncooked spam and looks like a long night of regrets in the bathroom.
