Honestly the worst pizza I?ve ever had! Sauce is too sweet and the bread feels like card board.

Wish I could rate it zero stars. The customer service here it so bad. This is the second time I ordered from here and waited... over an hour and had to call and see what?s going on. They then told me that the order was still there and not sure when it willgo out. No call to let me know what?s going on. I love jets pizza but will no longer do any business with this jets pizza again. Read more
We don't order from this place often but we did recently and it was wonderful. We ended up eating the whole pizza in one... sitting. ???????? Even better we had a school sponsored coupon program that we tried to use on online, as per the directions,and it wouldn't work. The local store honored it anyway and actually went above and beyond and found a store coupon that was aneven better deal that they applied. Definitely we will come back when we're in the mood for a good deep dish Detroit stylepizza. Read more
The Jet10 Cauliflower crust pizza is hands down the best pizza I've ever eaten. Quality ingredients and service.
We came to this area in 2014 and really have gotten to like Jets Pizza. The taste has been really good in the past and have... never had a complaint until recently. We?ve had now three unpleasant experiences in the past two months. First they took 2hours and 15 minutes to deliver a Luke warm pizza. They gave us free wings the next time we ordered as a consolation. The pasttwo times they have delivered us a burnt pizza. Being too nice we didn?t complain the first time but this past Friday it onceagain showed up burnt. They did not offer to bring us a new pizza and only begrudgingly agreed to a free pizza next time. Quitefrankly I?m afraid the free pizza will show up the same way so I don?t know if we will ever call them again. Something haschanged in this place and they had better fix it or they will lose all kinds of business. I cannot recommend this locationbased on their recent track record. My recommendation is to find someone else that actually cares about quality and customerservice. Read more
I went into this restaurant and ordered 2 pizzas spent over $40. The one thing that I asked not be on my pizza was bacon. Guess... what happened? You?re correct if you guessed bacon was on one of the pizzas. I politely called them and explained that there wasbacon on my pizza. Long story short. They wanted to charge me for their mistake. They said they could give me a $10 credit onanother pizza. Soooo, they wanted me to pay for their mistake. I will never go to Jet?s Pizza again. Read more
