Really enjoyed eating here the other day. Only four stars for service for the unnecessary jokes from the staff but it's okay .
I love to go to I Hop and get Beef Tips, corn and mashed potatoes. 1st no more corn, that?s bad for me. I ordered Beef Tips,... mashed potatoes and Mac and Cheese. Potatoes were cold and Mac and Cheese cold like it came right out of fridge. The waitressapologized and took them and returned with warm servings. I had to quit eating everything, there was a hai in my potato?s.Ruined my whole dinner, they could have at least not charged but all they said was sorry. I would have paid anyway, it was justthe thought. The Mac and Chees look like it came straight from a Kraft Mac and Cheese box I ate when I was a kid. Don?t know ifI can go back or not. Very bad experience. Waited 20 mins to be acknowledged to request seating, then another 30 mins to be seated. I ordered food,... tenders were over cooked. My daughters food was burnt. I ordered lemonade tea got lemonade, asked for a refill and got sprite. Iwill say our server was nice but she paid more attention to a group she knew rather than her other tables and I had to requestthings that were clearly empty or not visible. I have stopped eating out because customer service is so horrible. I probablywon't return but just wanna throw out there, great service keeps customers, poor service drives your customers elsewhere.
