My breakfast sandwich wasn't hot (Luke warm at best), my pumpkin spice latte was servedchot but it was so gross I ended up... dumping it out. Total waste of time and ($20) money. I love everything pumpkin spice so I love trying new pumpkin spiceoptions at various restaurants. I just won't do it here anymore! The pumpkin spice flavor was synthetic tasting and the drinkhad an overall bitter taste. The staff was fast and friendly. They all worked together as a team to get orders out as quicklyas possible. Over a year ago the coffee was great. Within the last year and a half the coffee always comes out burnt. Today I tried to give... it another shot for the first time in 10 months. I was so excited for the seasonal coffee and it?s incredibly burnt and has theworst after taste. I will say that the crew seemed so much nicer than the ones that I used to see. Read more
I feel like every Dunkin Donuts has the same issues. A third of the time they get your coffee wrong so you go back and ask for... it to be made again and they get mad at you for just asking. If you don't like the job just go work someplace you can enjoyyourself Read more
Asia and AJ were absolutely amazing!!! So kind and courteous. They are the prime example of good customer service. They were so... patient with me, but also fast and efficient! Everything was made to perfection and I even saw the most beautiful cup sitting inthe window! So happy I came here. I will always come back, and Asia and AJ are why!!! Extremely disappointed in my last couple visits here. It seems everytime I come they are out of all donuts , very disappointing... especially when I order on the app and am often not refunded. I also ordered a hot latte and when handed to me it was cold andtasted terrible. I will not be visiting this location again. Read more
