We saw this location across from Dunkin Donuts, so decided to mobile order food after picking up our iced coffees. The order was... ready quickly. Unfortunately, that is the only good thing about the experience! The burgers are now tiny and were cold. Did noteven melt cheese. Temp of meat about the same as lettuce and tomato. The large order of fries was just disgusting, which issurprising as they have w corporate website dedicated to reporting on a bad fry experience. They were cold and limp. Stopped by on my lunch break, ordered a combo meal w/sprite $10+ and fries $2.99. Got food, pulled off, ate fries first then... pulled sandwich out & took a bite. It's old, dry & hard. On lunch break, no time to go back. Tried calling immediately, phonejust rings & rings until the message comes on saying "the party you're trying to reach isn't available ". I couldn't eat thesandwich, threw it out so I paid $14 for fries & a drink, no one has money to throw away. When dealing with this place ALWAYScheck your food BEFORE pulling off. I will not be back. A go to favorite for my family. Bacon cheese burgers once in a while we drive here. Liked the seasoned fries fully loaded and to... top it off funnel cake fries! Services was friendly and kind. They were busy so we had a slight wait at the drive thru. Dinnerwas beyond worth it. Will go back when we are craving some yummy food. Read more
